Started from the bottom now I'm here. Hey all, I'm Ricky! I am a very friendly boy who has had a rough life on the streets until recently. I used to be a neighborhood cat but I was constantly being bullied. The kind lady that lived there would feed me and noticed I was having a rough go-drooling lots and lots, difficulty eating, and a really bad cold my new foster mom calls a URI. The kind lady took me to the vet and they took very good care of me and thus, I became a Beauties! Unfortunately, I am FIV+ so I will have to be an only kitty or in a home with another FIV+ cat. I also had all of my teeth removed,and have some food allergies but I promise I will make up for all of that by being a good boy who will love you so much and sit on your lap for hours. I hope you will see that I am worth a warm and loving home. I worry many will overlook me because of my issues.....but I have hope my special person is out there. Sutter is a shy but sweet boy who will need someone willing to give him the reassurance that he is safe that he needs. He was found with a leg that was originally thought to be broken but was later found to be deformed from birth but was causing him issues to get around. So it was decided to have the leg amputated to make it easier for him. So he only has 3 legs now. He has been around other cats without any incidents, but he is shy and reserved enough that we are not sure if he likes the other cats or not. Are you the one willing to give this shy, sweet boy a chance and gently help him come out of his shell to blossom into the wonderful cat that we know he can be?

Hi, I'm Fredrick. I was very sick, hanging my head over the food bowl when I was spotted by a WAAL volunteer. Too sick to take home, the volunteer came back the next day and took me to my temporary home. I am so thankful for WAAL volunteers! Now I am thriving and happily playing with new friends. I don't just play with toys though: watch out because I like to grab shoes when I can. I like pets and affection, on my terms and playing the game of "what smell is that' by crawling on my humans and taking a few whiffs.
