Story
Velma is a beautiful mama cat with the fluffiest fur. She came to us with two of her babies, Fred and Daphne, and is recovering from a facial injury. It took her a while to get used to people, so she's still a little shy when you first meet her. But once she gets comfortable with you and you start petting her, she doesn't want you to leave! Velma will reach her little paw out and try to bring your hand back in for more pets.If you'd like to meet Velma, please visit abandonedpetrescue.org and fill out an application so we can setup a meet and greet. To meet this adoptable pet, please fill out an adoption application at www.abandonedpetrescue.org and a team member will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Kiwi was adopted by a lovely woman and BF 5 years ago. Mysteriously the cat was found outside with an injury to his nose.  A nice woman took him in and vetted him.  As it turns out the BF tossed KIWI out when the woman moved out.  Horrible story for such a sweet loving cat.  Kiwi is now being fostered with 2 other cats and is a total love.  He is quiet and very clean, he is content being quiet and minds his own business.  He loves being pet and brushed - total lover of a cat.  He is all updated on vaccines and ready for a home who will be responsible and give him all the love he will give back. Please complete an online application.   A volunteer will contact you. Thank you for caring about a senior.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 9, 2024, 1:28 pm

Story
Elysia is a 7 yr old former stray who needs to be the only pet in your house so she can get aaaall your affection. She is missing 16 teeth from her time on the street but can eat dry food perfectly even then! If you aren’t petting her, she is finding a way to make you pet her or to sleep on/near you. She will meow only for attention or food- but the attention meows will be nonstop until you give in to her demands. I cannot keep her as I have other pets whom she does not get along with. She tries to pick fights, and as we have a dog and birds, I feel that she needs a home that can give all their attention and time to her. I want to ensure she goes to the best possible home as I really do love her and wish I could keep her. She is up to date with all of her shots and got her most recent rabies shot on December 1st.
