Story
Meet Mama. She is my precious little angel. She is 9 years old. She has recent paperwork from a reputable vet and has a good bill of health. She is a small kitty and very sweet. She can be sassy at first when she doesn't know you, but once she does, she will be your best friend. I unwittingly took on more than I could handle. I have 3 cats, and my future is uncertain at the moment, and I have to be prepared if I do decide to get up and go. I unfornately can't take them all with me. I'm looking for a mature, retired female or a retired couple or a stay at homewho is looking for a little companion who has much time and security to love and care for this beautiful little angel. I don't feel she is right for a family with kids or someone still working. I am also looking for an owner who has a house with a fenced-in yard for Mama to be able to live out her older years enjoying the outdoors as well safely. Please give me a call if you think Mama would be a great friend for you. Harlie

Story
Meet Tux. He is my good boy. He is a ham and so loveable. He is 6 years old. He has recent paperwork from a reputable vet and has a good bill of health. He is very clean and well trained. He has a bit of gingivitis that I'm curing now with medicinal drops from the vet, and he is a bit overweight. I unwittingly took on more than I could handle. I have 3 cats, and my future is uncertain at the moment, and I have to be prepared if I do decided to get up and go. I unfornately can't take them all with me. I'm looking for a mature, retired female or a retired couple or a stay at home who is looking for a little companion who has much time and security to love and care for this beautiful little angel. I don't feel he is right for a family with kids or someone who is still working. I am also looking for someone who has a fence-in yard for him to play. If you think Tux would be a great friend for you please let me know. Thanks Harlie

386-589-3602 ADOPT PEANUT! A friendly cat that likes to play fetch! This adoption is NOT through Furry Nation Salvation and is a Courtesy Post. Please call the individual listed below with any further questions or to set up a time to meet the pet. Thank you. Please call/text this number if interested: 386-589-3602 Cat located in this city: DAYTONA BEACH Cat’s Name: PEANUT Cat’s Age & Sex: 4 YEAR OLD MALE Cat’s vetting history (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped): NEUTERED & vaccinated Animals story: (where found and reason for wanting to rehome): I ADOPTED PEANUT FROM THE HUMANE SOCIETY WHEN HE WAS A KITTEN. HE HAS BEEN A LOVED MEMBER OF MY FAMILY FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS. MY OLDER 14-YEAR-OLD CAT HAS BEEN HAVING SOME HEALTH ISSUES THE PAST 6 MONTHS AND PEANUT HAS BEEN STALKING THE OLDER CAT AND NOT LETTING HIM EAT OR ROAM THE HOUSE FREELY. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SEPARATE THEM BUT MY OLDER CAT IS BECOMING TOO STRESSED AND LOSING WEIGHT, HIS VET RECOMMENDED IT MIGHT BE BEST TO REHOME PEANUT. IT BREAKS MY HEART BECAUSE PEANUT IS VERY SWEET BUT I CAN’T RISK MY OLDER CAT’S HEALTH SUFFERING ANYMORE. I hope to find peanut a great home! Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes): PEANUT LIKES TO FETCH TOYS LIKE A DOG AND BE BRUSHED. HE LIKES TO BE CLOSE BUT NOT A LAP CAT. HE LIKES TO BE PETTED IN SMALL DOSES LOL BUT DOES ALWAYS LIKE TO BE CLOSE TO YOU. Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys): LITTER BOX, FOOD, TOYS What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): COMBINATION OF PURINA ONE TENDER CUTS AND BLUE BUFFALO TASTEFUL MORSELS WET FOOD :::::::::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. Why? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food! Wet food is 75 % water (dry FOOD only 10%) and giving them wet food daily will help them avoid Urinary tract issues (which can lead to litter box avoidance), kidney disease, obesity issues linked to diabetes and cardiac issues. You will save on vet bills too!  Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. At the VERY minimum each cat should get one 3oz. can of wet food a day or HALF of a 5.5oz. can a day (although we recommend double this). :::::::::::: More info here: FurryNationSalvation.Org/wetfood IF YOU WANT TO ADOPT: 1) Please show up with a cat carrier 2) Small adoption fee of: $10 3) I will call/text one month from adoption day just to make sure everything is going well 4) Please show up with your Driver's License. 5) Information sheet will be filled out (your information as well as mine) *Please know, that when you bring your newly adopted cat or kitten home, it is always BEST to place him/her in a very small room (bathroom works great) with their litter box, food, water, and bed for a few days to a few weeks. This way the animal can adjust much quicker and get acclimated to the new environment with less stress. All cats/kittens need time to adjust, so if you adopt please allow this. Thank you. Call/text me if interested in this kitty: 386-589-3602
