Story
Hello, I'm Manning an 11-year-old neutered male Black Tabby. I have really nice markings and striking green eyes. I came to Safe Place with my brother Morris but turns out we prefer to have our own spots up on the catwalk, so we are being adopted separately now. I'm a social guy and once I know you, I'm happy to play especially if you have my favorite treats or toys. The staff at Safe Place say I have an entertaining personality. I would do best with either a senior or single person that just wants a pal to come home to. I don't like to share the stage with other cats or dogs, however. My $100 adoption donation includes the usual FVRCP, Rabies, FeLV/FIV test which was negative, a microchip, and a starter bag of food. But wait.... I also come with my own cat bed, a scratcher for my claws, toys, and a carrier. Visit www.safeplacepets.org to complete an application today!

Story
Fern is a friendly, sweet, quiet, loveable girl and a great companion. She likes to snooze in a cubby on kitty furniture, loves head scratches and lots of attention. Fern would be happy as the only pet, or perhaps with another nice, quiet, male kitty companion. She needs a patient, quieter, adult home with an experienced family to take care of her. Fern is a Maine Coon mix brown tabby spayed female, born in August 2021. Her adoption fee includes the FELV/FIV test, spay, distemper and rabies shots and a microchip.

Story
Hi there, I&#39m Hayle! I&#39m a handsome black and white male DMH with a little white splash on my forehead. I was born around August 13, 2018, and even though I&#39m on the shy side, I am super sweet and I&#39ve got a lot of love to give once you get to know me. My siblings and I recently came to Wild Blue when our elderly owner was no longer able to care for us. We grew up with regular brushing, so if I&#39m a little tense, a gentle brushing session totally calms me, and it&#39s a great way to become friends with me. You&#39ll know how much I&#39m enjoying it because my purr is *loud*--like, really loud! I&#39m not exactly a lap cat, but I *love* getting pets right next to you--especially those amazing butt rubs! Also, I feel safe in a small space; it reminds me of my previous home where I hung out in the closet when I wanted to chill. Having my own space where I can relax and take life in small increments, is really what I am hoping in my next home. I&#39ll always appreciate gentle attention and affection from my humans, and will just need some help in boosting my confidence. Churu treats and regular brushing sessions will not only strengthen our bond but help keep my coat luxurious. I get along well with other cats and would be happy in a home with some gentle feline buddies, but I feel some time alone to recharge is also important. A small cubby to call my own would be wonderful. I tend to hide when I&#39m around sassy girls or bossy temperaments. If you have other pets, it is important to follow Wild Blue&#39s instructions for a slow gradual introduction. Also, I probably would be much happier in a dog-free home. A calm, low-key home with older kids (12+ years) would be ok as long as everyone understands that I need patience and dedication, and some quiet time once in a while. I recently had a dental visit and my recovery is going well. I am used to a quiet home so that is what I am seeking and need. If you&#39re looking for a very sweet, low-key companion who enjoys affection, and you are willing to give me time to flourish, I&#39d love to meet. Please apply online at www.wbcats.org/adopt to start the approval process.November 5, 2024, 5:36 pm
