Story
Meet Ota & Rani! This adorable duo is as social and loving as they come. Both cats are happiest when surrounded by people and will gladly soak up all the pets and attention you can give. Rani is the more chatty and lively of the pair—always ready to share her opinions with little meows and bring joy with her playful spirit. Ota is just as affectionate, a sweet companion who loves curling up beside you and basking in gentle pets. Together, they make the perfect team: fun, friendly, and full of love. Ota and Rani would thrive in just about any home that can give them plenty of affection and playtime. If you’re looking for two cats who will brighten your days with purrs, snuggles, and lively personalities, Ota and Rani are ready to meet you! Prior to adoption, all cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped.  This cat is currently in a foster home. To meet her, please fill out an adoption application so that we'll have your contact information, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. www.thedancingcat.org/adoptJanuary 9, 2026, 1:14 am

Story
IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING, PLEASE FILL OUT OUR ADOPTION APPLICATION AT TCRESCUE.COM/ADOPT Jack Frost and his sister, Carol, are the last two from a litter of six to be adopted.  They were born in mid-September 2025, and the rescue found them when their eyes were barely just opened.  He's a beautiful black and white cat with a beauty mark right on his upper lip. He and his sister are both SUPER affectionate once they get a chance to settle in their environment.  He's a bit larger in size than Carol, and acts like a loving big brother. They are both healthy, litter box trained, low maintenance, and purr super loud when they come for pets. Here's video where they found a quiet space and showing their love in their new foster space after just a few days: https://photos.app.goo.gl/YedENsLn6sdJVX4b9  If you're looking for a pair of cute kittens, look no further! He would love to be adopted with his sister Carol, or into a home with another young kitty for him to play with.   Jack Frost is being fostered in Palo Alto and his adoption fee is $50.       Learn why kittens in pairs are healthier and happier at: http://tcrescue.com/why2kittens   If you would like to meet this kitten, please start by filling out our adoption application at tcrescue.com/adopt ADOPTION INQUIRIES SUBMITTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED APPLICATION FROM THE LINK ABOVE MAY NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Story
After some introspection and deliberation, Jillie has decided that once she acclimates in a new space she is a playful cat who enjoys being pet occasionally. When you are as regal and gorgeous as she is you can live life on your terms and we admire that sort of self advocating! Jillie likes quiet, calm environments and appreciates your patience. Change and new spaces can feel overwhelming for her, so a more tranquil vibe can ease the transition. Jillie does best with one or two adults in the home, no children and as an only pet. Jillie is a lady of leisure and does not require too much of any one thing. Jillie loves to play with a feather wand toy specifically, and we learned that these interactions were great for bonding in her foster home.  If you’re looking for a unique cat who knows who she is and affirms her choices, perhaps Jillie is for you! The love, mutual understanding and loyalty you will build together is limitless. Prior to adoption, all cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. This cat is currently in a foster home. To meet the cat, please fill out an adoption application so that we'll have your contact information, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
