Turkish Angora kittens & cats in Apache Junction, Arizona

Meet Yuki, a 9-year-old Turkish Angora rescue. She is spayed, microchipped, and litter-trained! If you're looking for a cuddle buddy, you found her. Yuki is incredibly loyal, snuggly, communicative, and loving fluff. She is independent and affectionate. She loves curling up on her human's chest and get her face smushed with pets. She enjoys playing in cardboard boxes, bird watching, playing with paper, and of course, cuddles. When the pets are really good, her purrs sound like a little teapot whistle and she drools. Can be nervous with new people, but once she bonds to a person you are her whole world. She loves telling you about her day! Yuki loves being brushed, and will even brush herself if you just hold it up to her! She has a toy from kittenhood that she carries around the house to her favorite places. Poor Marilyn, she is such a sweet cat and this is her 2nd time at the shelter. The first time she came to us, in 2022, she was severely matted and needed a dental. We shaved her and Saving Paws Rehabilitation funded her dental. She came back to us in November because her owner was moving and couldn`t take her. Again this girl was matted and needed a dental. Saving Paws had her groomed and took care of another dental for her. It`s possible she wouldnt groom herself because her mouth was hurting. However she`s looking for a new owner that will brush her and keep up with regular vet visits. Please ask to fill out an application if you are interested in adopting this pretty lady.

I`m a young boy who is very curious. Although I may be a little shy at first I warm up quickly. I would do best in a home where there is another young cat to play with. Unfortunately my previous owner was moving and couldnt take me and my friend, Sprite. Although we came into the shelter together it isn`t neccessary for us to be adopted together. My previous owner said that I`m very active, playful and talkative.
