Elmer, AKA Fudder Dudder, is not only a Tree-walker hound through and through but is a purebred good boy!!He is neutered and pretty well house broken. He is approximately 60 pounds and approximately 2.5-3 years old. In true hound fashion he is always on the hunt for snacks. Elmers favorite room in the house is the kitchen. He will ask you to share and will check what you are cooking. He does play with toys and enjoys chewing on bones. Elmer is good with other dogs that are medium/large. He is crate trained too.  He is good with kids! Very sweet boy, with big floppy velvety ears. He enjoys walks, great on leash. Elmers nose is always sniffing like a hound is bred to do. He is good on a tie out, but would love a fenced yard to do all the hound things.  He gives big awoooos like a hound should.  If you are looking for a silly dog who will follow you around and has great energy and spunk, Mr Elmer would love to fill your home with his sweet, goofy personality.  ##2287687##

Georgie was found as a stray and taken to a high kill dog pound in West Virginia... Pet Search was contacted and asked if we could rescue him, which we happily did! Georgie is a 7 year old treeing walker coonhound weighing around 55 pounds. He is very lovable and playful and would do well with a family that has older children because of his size. Georgie is housebroken and crate trained but needs to get acclimated to a new schedule. He is fine with larger dogs but has not been cat tested Georgie is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. GEORGE Attributes Snuggly Not good in an apartment Housetrained Requires a fence Dog friendly High energy Bad in car My name is George and my foster parents say I'm a great dog!! My collar says it too, it says “bestest boy”! I'm a young beagle 2-3 years old. I LOVE playing with other dogs, and I LOVE cuddling with the humans here!! I will trust fall into your lap. I listen pretty well for a beagle and will do anything for a treat. I get lots of treats to go outside so house training has gone really well. I'm also kind of crate trained, I sleep in my crate at night and I stay there when my foster parents are at work for a few hours during the day, but I do bark a little bit. I will stop for a peanut butter-stuffed Kong. They joke they should have named me Tigger because I jump up and down and twist when I get excited for food!! I'm pretty smart and might be a good dog for agility or even a barn hunt, I would love doggy daycare. I am a very social dog with the other dogs. I get car sick (which is why I am not great in the car). If I take medication for car sickness, I am good. If you think I’m the boy you’ve been looking for, contact your Midwest BREW counselor right away and ask about George!
