I’m heartworm negative and looking for my perfect match.I’m great with bigger dogs and love to be part of the pack, but I’m not a fan of cats. As a former hunting dog, I have a keen sense of adventure and a love for the outdoors. I thrive in a space where I can explore and enjoy some good exercise.I may be a little older, but I’ve got plenty of energy and love to give. Story
Remington is a fun loving 6mo Treeing Walker Coonhound mix. He is a sweet boy and loves to cuddle in the evenings, he loves bananas and ice cubes as treats, and he is very food motivated. He knows basic commands (e.g. sit, shake, etc) and he is a good guard dog that will alert you when there are strange sounds, someone's at the door, or there is unusual activity around the house. He's good with other dogs but has not been tested with cats and he loves his people. There are some issues we've noticed with him, however. He tends to guard his food, chew toys are a must to keep him busy, and his nose tends to get him in trouble when exploring (and can lead to him chewing on something he's not supposed to). He is still a puppy so he has a lot of puppy energy that he needs to get out during the day and due to this, he may not do well with small children. He needs a family that can spend a lot of time with him, to train him and reinforce the rules of the house.

Story
Lolly is a beautiful, smart high energy hound mix. She is trained to an invisible fence and e-collar, though it’s safest to keep her on a leash when you don’t have her behind a fence. She loves exploring outside, and she has lots of buddies at doggy daycare. She enjoys playing mental games. She’s about 2 years old, but she still has lots of puppy energy. We have had trouble meeting her needs in a house with two working parents and small kids, and though we hate to see her go, we know she needs more attention and exercise than we can give her. She will do best in a home with access to outdoors and without young kids.

Meet Tip! Tip is the best companion. He responds well to food training on the leash and playing catch with the ball. Tip loves to be around his peeps! Tip wants everyone to know he is faster than you, can jump like a deer, and is getting quite good at balancing on his back feet. And that is no cap! The lad has mad skills! If you need some motivation to move, Tip is your boy! Tip would do best in a home with no small children and an owner dedicated to training and mental stimulation for this workin boy!  He is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, current with all vaccines (as appropriate for his age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Paps is the cutest little dang potato we've ever seen! This low rider beagle is full of personality! He's good with other dogs, and LOVES his human friends. He even went to visit the kindergarteners at our local school and he loved every minute of it! Honestly, Paps is happy doing whatever his human friends are, especially if it involves some treats!
