Story
Meet Walker Texas Ranger! Hello! I’m Walker Texas Ranger, but you can just call me Walker! I’m a handsome 9-year-old pup weighing 77 pounds. I’m heartworm negative and looking for my perfect match.I’m great with bigger dogs and love to be part of the pack, but I’m not a fan of cats. As a former hunting dog, I have a keen sense of adventure and a love for the outdoors. I thrive in a space where I can explore and enjoy some good exercise.I may be a little older, but I’ve got plenty of energy and love to give. If you’re looking for a loyal companion to join you on your adventures, I’m ready to be your buddy! Let’s create some great memories together!

Story
Lolly is a beautiful, smart high energy hound mix. She is trained to an invisible fence and e-collar, though it’s safest to keep her on a leash when you don’t have her behind a fence. She loves exploring outside, and she has lots of buddies at doggy daycare. She enjoys playing mental games. She’s about 2 years old, but she still has lots of puppy energy. We have had trouble meeting her needs in a house with two working parents and small kids, and though we hate to see her go, we know she needs more attention and exercise than we can give her. She will do best in a home with access to outdoors and without young kids.

Story
Meet Tip! Tip is the best companion. He responds well to food training on the leash and playing catch with the ball. Tip loves to be around his peeps! Tip wants everyone to know he is faster than you, can jump like a deer, and is getting quite good at balancing on his back feet. And that is no cap! The lad has mad skills! If you need some motivation to move, Tip is your boy! Tip would do best in a home with no small children and an owner dedicated to training and mental stimulation for this workin boy!  He is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, current with all vaccines (as appropriate for his age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Tip is currently being fostered in South Carolina. ADOPT TIP!! www.LuckyPupRescueSC.com The adoption fee is $300.00 and we require a vet check and home visit. November 5, 2024, 4:05 pm

Story
Gary is an energetic and playful hound, ready to bounce right into his forever home. He's lived successfully with 2 other dogs, both who were smaller. His previous adopter stated he was a "cuddle monster" after he warmed up to her. Gary was returned due to a change in living circumstances, which had nothing to do with him personally. Ready to go on adventures with a new four-legged friend? Gary is your guy!

Story
www.pet-tender.com/adoptionform.htm   Meet Brittany, a spayed, two-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound, a southern beauty who elicits compliments wherever she goes. Miniature for the breed at 40 pounds, Brittany has lots of teenage energy and would do best in a home with a large fenced-in yard. Likely a hunting dog abandoned for, well, not hunting, she’s a happy, loving soul, bashful at first, but quick to connect with her special people. Through the efforts of her trainer and foster parents, Brittany walks well on the leash, even over long distances, and can be trusted not to have accidents in the house if taken out regularly.  She has quickly gained confidence with the sights and sounds of suburban life and recently had a fun first visit to the beach.  Most of all, Brittany adores affection—she has the unique ability to grip onto you lovingly with her front paws and lean in for minutes while you rub her velvety soft, short coat. Brittany would be fine as either a solo dog or with another young dog of a similar playful spirit and size.  This is a unique opportunity to own an uncommon breed with lots of personality. We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here. March 18, 2024, 12:23 am
