Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Touchdown for Team Aaron Pawdgers!  Looking to add a star player to your family? Aaron Pawdgers, a 6-year-old hound, is ready to tackle life with you and bring endless joy to your home! This sweet, goofy, and gentle guy has got all the right moves, whether it's following his nose to find a snack or hopping around in excitement when he sees his favorite people! Aaron is the kind of teammate you want on your side—loyal, affectionate, and always ready to play. He’s food motivated, which makes him an MVP for training, and he’s got a nose for finding success (or just the best-smelling dinner). His favorite times of day? Breakfast and dinner, of course! And while he’s not a fan of cold weather, Aaron stays active and loves a good run on the field (or in your backyard). Why Aaron’s the Top Draft Pick: Sweet and gentle: Aaron has been a total champ with people and dogs alike—no aggression here, just pure love. Food-fueled energy: He’s highly motivated by food, so teaching him manners is a breeze (especially when you use snacks as the playbook)! Active and playful: Aaron loves being on the move, but he’s also down for a couch touchdown after a fun day. Goofy personality: Aaron’s funny little hops when he’s excited will have you cracking up every time. Loves affection: He’s looking for a forever home with a lot of team spirit—someone who will shower him with love, attention, and a few belly rubs along the way! What Aaron Needs to Win: Patience and love: Aaron is ready to level up in his training, so a patient, loving owner who is willing to work with him on leash manners and potty routines will be key! A doggy sidekick or two: Aaron loves his canine teammates and would do best in a home with other dogs for companionship. A fenced yard: He’s ready to run the play and get some exercise in the backyard! No cats, please: He’s curious about cats but hasn’t quite figured out that they aren’t part of his team. A household with dogs or kids would be ideal! Fun Fact: Aaron is a nosey guy, and his curiosity often leads to funny and quirky moments you’ll have to see to believe! He’s also an expert at tearing up toys, especially if they’re fun to shred. And did we mention his hops? They’ll have you in stitches! Ready to Call the Play for Aaron? If you're ready to add an affectionate, goofy, and playful hound to your family, Aaron Pawdgers is ready to be your MVP! Whether you’re looking for a cuddly couch buddy or an active playmate, Aaron is here to score big in your life. Don't wait—this hound is touching down in your heart the moment you meet him! Adoption Fee: $250.00 **Included:** - Neutered - Up to date on all vaccines - Microchipped - Heartworm Treated Adoption Requirements: Home visits required and non-negotiable Adoptable through: The London Sanctuary Fostered in: Pearson, GA (but can be brought to Jax, FL easily)Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 2, 2025, 10:21 pm

Story
Skippy is a 5-month-old, 13 lb bundle of love! This adorable mixed-breed pup, likely a blend of hound and terrier (or perhaps a touch of whippet!), is an absolute sweetheart who thrives on human connection. He's a true "velcro" dog, always eager to snuggle up and share his affection. Skippy is a playful and energetic puppy, but he's also remarkably well-behaved and gentle. He's crate-trained and completely housebroken, even in new environments. While he's still learning about the world, he responds beautifully to patience and positive reinforcement. He loves being outside, sniffing all the wonderful smells, and revels in the joy of simply being with his people. Story
This beautiful boy came from my mother in laws litter that she breeds. Unfortunately due to my landlord selling the property I stay at I’m forced to hurry and leave and the only place that fits my accommodations does not allow for me to bring my dog and taking him back to my mother in laws is out of the option right now as I’m in Florida and she is in New Mexico. I am really hoping someone can help me find a good home for him before we’re forced to surrender him to a shelter. He is not even 1 years old yet and is trained to go to the restroom outside and is great around my cat and gets along great at dog parks and social gatherings with other dogs as well as people and children. I have a newborn child who this dog absolutely adores so if you’re wondering about how he is with the young ones don’t worry he is the sweetest sweetheart. Not asking for any donation or rehoming fee and this does not feel right he is a family member to us and I couldn’t ask of any money for him in return.
