Story
I got Pinto from a breeder 6 months ago. She will be 8 months old on 11/3/24. She’s been spayed and now up to date on her shots. She is quite the energetic dog and I’ve been having many issues with training her and getting her to follow instructions. She’s been to numerous trainers yet is constantly in destruction mode (eating her poop, drinking her pee, tearing up couches/pee pads/clothing/etc). Her energy levels run very high and she has injured herself multiple times falling off her pen, running into tables, and jumping off the kitchen counter, which has accumulated to several thousand dollars worth of vet visit costs. I’ve consulted the vet several times regarding these issues but none of their recommendations/meds have had any improvement. As I work long shifts and have also recently started school, it’s very challenging to give her the attention she asks for (which is a LOT). She would do great in a house with children and/or multiple people able to divide their time with her.
