Story
Where in the world is Waldo? He is currently here in Arkansas entwining himself around his foster mom’s heart. This debonair little heartbreaker weighs in at a whopping 4 pounds and loves to snuggle. He is one of the 3 little poodles that were rescued in February and life is only getting better for him as he looks forward to becoming a cherished family member in his new forever home. Waldo’s date of birth is 8/15/18 and his color is listed as cream on his papers. His ear mites were cleared up and after being brought up to date on vaccinations, he had a much-needed grooming. His groomer sent us a before and after picture of him which is shared with you on this site. Such a dramatic transformation. Waldo was neutered and had a dental, having 5-6 teeth removed 3/6/25. Waldo is heartworm negative and is being kept on heartworm and flea and tick prevention to maintain his good health. If you would like to adopt this handsome little charmer, who is currently being fostered in Arkansas, and give him the kind of life he so richly deserves. Waldo’s adoption donation is $700 which includes the $165 transport fee. Due to his tiny size, Waldo will only be considered for homes with older children. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Story
She is 8 years old. She is fixed and up to date on vaccines. She gets along with other pets and kids. She is house trained mostly. She is crate trained. I just have a busy work schedule and she doesn’t get the time and attention that she deserves. She needs a home where her owners are home the majority of the time. She does well on a leash for walks. I’d prefer a home with no other pets for her. I’d prefer a home with either kids or an elderly owner. She loves to sit on your lap.

Story
Hi! I’m Rocco! I am a 3 year old toy poodle weighing around 6 lbs! I use to live on a farm and was used as a breeder. I am a bit fearful at first, but once I warm up and learn I can trust you, I’m a total love bug.  I do have a bit of separation anxiety. I’ve gotten quite attached to my foster mom, and when she leaves the room I lovingly call out to her. Having foster siblings helps me relax though, so I’d love a furever home with another chill doggy sibling to keep me company.  I’m working on potty training but will need someone to be patient with me. I like kids, but would be best in a home with older or no children due to my size. I’m just a tiny little guy that wants to snuggle in your lap. I was not well cared for at the farm and had to have most of my teeth removed but that does not stop me from enjoying food. I was also neutered and I am up to date on all my vaccines.  If you’re looking for a tiny friend to relax with I might be the guy for you! If you think I’d be a good fit for your family, please apply today at www.zoeshouserescue.com. Kennel License 9117 Reading PA 19608
