🐶 Quick Facts 🐾 Name: Kong Aga: 6 years old Gender: Female Spayed: Yes Breed: Poodle Colour: Black Weight: 6kg 🐕My Story🐕 Hi my future family! I’m Kong, a spirited little poodle, and I can’t wait to tell you all about me! I’m a black poodle girl, estimated to be around 6 years old, and I weigh a petite 6 kg (13 lbs). My journey to find a loving home hasn’t been easy. I was rescued from a place that pretended to rehome pets but was actually a harmful environment where dogs were mistreated. Thankfully, I’m now safe and ready to find my real forever family, where I can give all the love I have! 👫My Social Side❤️ I’m a friendly little girl who loves people! I’m happy to approach both familiar faces and strangers, nudging them for pets and affection. I might be a little shy at first, but if you offer me a treat, I’ll warm up quickly and let you pet me all you want! I’m gentle and enjoy a good cuddle—especially after a nice walk or playtime. I might have a touch of separation anxiety, so I really appreciate having company as much as possible. I’m very sociable with other dogs and enjoy saying hello to both new and familiar furry friends. I’m all for playtime, but I also appreciate some calm introductions, as I can be a bit reactive if another dog challenges me. With friendly dogs, though, I’m all about the play and companionship! As for cats, I haven’t met any yet, so I’m not sure how I feel about them. 🔋My Energy Level & Walks🚶 My energy level is moderate—I enjoy my outdoor time but am also happy to relax afterward. I’ve got experience with leash walking, so I don’t pull and will follow you nicely on walks. I love to explore and sniff around, but I’m well-behaved and will keep up with you! ❤️Why You’ll Love Me❤️ I may be small, but I have a big personality! I’m good about sharing my food with humans, though I might give a gentle growl if another dog gets too close to my meal. I’m also house-trained, comfortable with both indoor pads and outdoor spaces. When I’m in my crate, I’m calm and happy to relax. 💌Last Message💌 I might need a bit of patience as I adjust, but with a warm, loving home, I’ll thrive. I’m looking for a family that can be there with me as much as possible and appreciates a devoted, friendly companion. If that sounds like you, I can’t wait to meet you and start our lives together! 📺 Videos📺 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ff5Np6AXNy8&list=PLIsLTtIpe3JzV28u9MnjkcVOtlsDq4uzL

Story
Mongle is a sweet girl who may be a bit shy at first, but she quickly warms up—especially when food is involved! She loves affection and will show her belly when she’s comfortable. Personality: She has a gentle demeanor and is easily carried. Although she enjoys saying hello to other dogs, she prefers calmer interactions and can become overwhelmed by overly energetic pups. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and ages, as well as cats; she spent about 1-2 months in a foster home with cats. Energy Level & Exercise: With a moderate energy level, Mongle enjoys outdoor walks and is calm indoors. While she does pull on the leash due to her curiosity and desire to sniff everything, she overall enjoys her time outdoors. Behavior with Resources: She exhibits some resource guarding behaviors, particularly towards people and other dogs. If you attempt to take something away from her, she may growl or snap. It’s important to approach her with patience in these situations. Separation and Crate Training: Mongle does not experience separation anxiety but may develop it if she receives excessive attention from her owner. She will bark if she needs something. In the car, she is calm when in her crate, but she does experience motion sickness, so keeping her in a crate is recommended. Potty Training: She is capable of both indoor and outdoor pottying, but with regular outdoor access, she will prefer to go outside. Mongle is looking for a loving home where she can feel secure and cherished. If you think you can provide the right environment for her, please reach out!

***REMINDER:  Please read the bio requirements and only fill in the application if you can meet ALL requirements. Due to the number of applications being received for each dog, we are only able to contact the applicants who have met ALL the listed Requirements*** Come meet me at Petvalu Pickering- 705 Kingston Rd, on Sunday November 17th, 11am- 2pm. All applications will be held and reviewed after the adoption event. Name/Tag#: Suzy 4113 Age:  Estimated 2years Sex/Altered: Female/ Spayed Weight: 8 lbs Breed: Poodle Foster Home Location:  AJAX, ON Adoption Fee: $750.00 Temperament: Friendly Activity/Energy Level: Moderate Up to date on Shots: Yes Housebroken: Work in progress Crate Trained: No Ok with Dogs: Yes Ok with Cats: Unknown, not tested Ok with Kids: Unknown, but kids over 8 years should be fine Origin: Mill release Requirements: Securely fenced yard, companion dog in the home, someone home a lot of the time, no kids under 8 years   And now, a few words from me: Hi, my name is Suzy. I love long walks, a warm bed & good food. I’m a really good girl & try hard to learn all the house rules. I love being with my foster siblings but wish they were a bit more playful. Maybe your dogs will want to play! I will make a perfect human companion & BEST dog sister.   And now, a few words from my foster mom: Suzy is correct, she would make a perfect addition to a home with a somewhat playful dog. She’s a typical young dog and enjoys romping outdoors & going for walks. She has this super cute way of leaping & turning in circles, when she gets excited! When it comes to human touch, Suzy’s still a bit shy but delights in giving her humans quick little dog kisses (licks). She is learning to trust her people & allows us to pick her up & really enjoys sleeping with us. She doesn’t like to be alone but is learning to settle when we have to leave her. She is so excited when we return! Suzy’s been quick to learn her name, walking on a leash & is beginning to engage with toys. She’s very interested in her environment. Stair climbing & toilet training are well underway but needs encouragement & a companion dog, to show her the way. Suzy would do best in a home with a patient family who is willing to continue her training & a relatively young, calm, yet playful dog companion. She will also need a securely fenced yard to continue her house training and have a safe play area. Questions?
