Story
Pickles is a senior (12-14 years) toy poodle who is very friendly and wants all the attention from his owner! We recently obtained him from his owner who was a blind man who was given an ultimatum from his assisted living facility to get rid of him. He was with his previous owner since birth and has not known much else. Pickles wants to be a part of everything and will follow you around everywhere! He is great on a leash and loves exploring outside. He does not have an aggressive bone in his body. Even when we were introducing him to our ferrets he gave them their space and was almost timid around them! Full disclosure: At the time we obtained Pickles, his owner told us that he was fixed, vaccinated, and housebroken. Since being in our home we have discovered that he is most likely not fixed and often has accidents in the house. We are thinking this is partially due to him wanting to get his scent in the house (we do have 5 ferrets). He sometimes uses pee pads.
