Story
Leo is looking for a great forever home! He is a toy poodle born on 2/21/2024. Leo the Lion Hearted loves racing around and playing with his foster friends and is a healthy boy. He loves to play with both of his adult dog friends and his other little foster brother. He's feisty and would be suited for a home with older children and perhaps another dog friend to play with. He's also doing well with potty training but is still very young and will need further training. He is smart and bright and loves playing with squeaky toys and his teething bones. Leo is up to date on shots, de-wormed, and micro-chipped. We will neuter him at 6 months of age at one of our approved vet clinics. We require an application, phone interview, virtual house check, and meet and greet with your entire family. For an adoption application, please visit us at https://www.petprofilerescue.org or at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1S5v9x1oGSYLBSfheZJ_zSvkIHoT3Fe_xnsq5V75IX9w/viewform?fbclid=IwAR0rU1zQezgZhhC_01_JpMFhujOq40cu8Xl4xKdiZ0b1L-3Pwm1Et-XI3K4&edit_requested=true If you have already submitted an application to us, email us at petprofilerescue@gmail.com to express your interest in this dog. Story
Meet Ike, the wise old sage of the dog world with a personality as unique as they come. At around 12 years old, Ike's seen it all, and he's not afraid to let you know he's in charge. While Ike might not be the cuddly type, his foster knows that beneath that tough exterior lies a heart of gold. He's got a discerning palate and a fondness for pill pockets that would make any dog envious. Chicken and Rawbble duck are the way to his heart when it comes to food. Toys? Not his thing. Ike prefers spending his time strolling the yard, occasionally tolerating the company of his buddy Tony, or simply lounging next to his chosen human, granting them the honor of his presence. Now, Ike might have a few quirks that set him apart from the pack. He's no fan of celery or most dog foods, and he couldn't care less about toys. He's not one to be petted without his consent, and getting his belly band on can be quite the ordeal. But don't be surprised if you catch him snoring occasionally; it's all part of his charm. Ike's not one for tricks or formalities, but he knows the importance of sitting when the situation calls for it. And when it comes to crates, he's perfectly fine with them. In Ike's world, he's a bit of a feline aficionado, making his own rules and expecting everyone to fall in line – or get a gentle gumming as a reminder. So, if you're up for adopting a one-of-a-kind canine character who's part dog, part cat, and all personality, Ike just might be your ticket to a truly unique companionship adventure. Just remember, in Ike's world, he's the boss, and you're lucky to be in his presence, "Dick Band Ike" and all!

Story
This cutie-pie is PIPER, a 3 year old, 13-14 pound, mixed breed suspected to be a Wirehaired Fox Terrier / Poodle mix. Her coat is soft and has curl so she does require routine grooming, along with regular brushing. Piper is a very sweet pup who is happy to receive belly rubs while being held in your arms like a baby. She absolutely loves people and would be OK with children over the age of 10 years. Piper is an active, playful, spunky dog who would benefit from a household with another playful dog because she enjoys their companionship and play time together; Piper can be a little bossy with the other dogs but not rough, so a more laid back dog would be ideal. She walks well on a leash and would love to run a fenced in yard. Piper is housebroken and crate trained but has not needed to be crated (she doesn’t like the crate). This dog has been examined by licensed veterinarians, received inoculations, been tested for Heartworm Disease and tick diseases, plus spayed and microchipped. Story
Hello there! My name is Coral, and I am the most adorable 2-year-old Toy Poodle you'll ever meet. Weighing just a petite 7 pounds, I am a shy but sweet little girl who loves to observe the world around me. But don't let my shyness fool you-I get along wonderfully with other dogs, people, and respectful children. My ideal home would be a quiet one, where I can spend my days nestled in your lap or accompanying you in a pet carrier on your errands. I'm quite the easygoing companion when it comes to grooming and vet visits. In fact, I was so relaxed during my last appointments that I fell asleep! While I'm still working on my potty training. I don't ask for much-just a loving home where I can feel safe and adored. One more thing that you should know about me is that I absolutely love to cuddle. Snuggling up close is a must in my furever home. If you're looking for a dainty, affectionate, and low-maintenance little friend who will bring joy and warmth into your life, then I'm the perfect match for you. Let's make a lifetime of memories together! Coral's adoption fee is $625.
