Story
Hi All, This is Seven. Seven is 5 years old, and he is the sweetest Toy Poodle. It breaks my heart to have to rehome Seven, so please know this is not easy and no way reflects how amazing of a buddy Seven is. Seven is great with kids, may actually be a preference as he has lots of energy. Seven is also very friendly with dogs, both small and large. As a small dog, it is common for a little anxiety and sometimes I notice a little separation anxiety with him. After a few, he’s all set again! Small dog that thinks he is a bulldog, never bit anyone, but will growl and warn if he feels he has to protect his humans. Trained and ready to meet you all! ❤️ I would ask for a home visit before adoption finalization, I want to ensure he will be in comfort; and if any other pets.

Story
Apple and Pie are a bonded pair of super yummy girls!  Apple is a 5-year-old, 8-pound toy poodle, and her fav sister Pie is a 3-year-old, 12-pound Aussie-Poo (Australian Shephard plus poodle).  These girls love each other very much and need to be adopted together.  Apple is especially bonded to Pie.  At night when it's all quiet, the girls love to pull out all the toys and move them around the house!  They are both timid but have warmed up to their Foster Mom very well. They take short walks around their suburban neighborhood nicely on their leashes and are not city girls.   Apple and Pie continue to work on their house training but do well with potty pad training.  They are fostered with a couple of other pups and have been fine around other dogs. To help with their anxiety, they take daily, inexpensive medication. Apple and Pie are the cutest girls looking for their forever home!  If you can open your heart and home, please email adoptme@cockerspanielrescue.com.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 19, 2025, 5:25 pm

Story
My family and I are looking to rehome our 4 year old toy poodle(8Lb) Daisy. She is blind due to past owner mistreatment. Both her eyes were removed at the shelter. Despite this, she is very good at navigating her environment. She is very sweet and is house trained but she needs to go out every 4-6 hours. She is a lap dog as she loves to be held and pet all day. She enjoying social gatherings because she gets all the attention and love from everyone. She does know how to sit on command and laying down is a work in progress. Since she is blind she is does not do well around other dogs especially big dogs. She tends to hide behind us. As for small dogs, the same thing , but tends to warm up after a couple visits. She did fine around our toddler but does not enjoy kids. She tends to bark a lot in the home when she hears doorbells or someone knocking because she is scared. She mainly like only adults who are willing to hold her and give her all the love she needs.

Story
This handsome Eskimo/Heeler mix boy is called Spock and he is a charming  2 year old that is a perfect size at just 45 pounds.  This special, young dog was found as a stray and the lady who found him adored his unique look and wonderful personality.  But sadly this loving rescue lady has had to admit that her health is just not stable enough to give him a long term life and home with her.  She is sacrificing this sweet boy to give him a chance at a forever home that will give him a great life for the next 10+ years.  Spock is very smart, alert, affectionate, loyal and fun dog to have around.  Due to the blend of breeds, he is called an Aussimo – a good mixture of both breeds.  He is housetrained, walks well on a leash, and is a true cuddle buddy. Spock is neutered, UTD on vaccinations, HW prevention, microchipped and a healthy boy.  He is good with children and gets along nicely  with other dogs.  This stunning boy is ready today for his forever home. Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 5, 2024, 1:27 pm
