Story
Daisy is an absolute delight! This petite, snuggly girl has such a sweet and gentle personality. She loves humans & she enjoys being held like a little baby. She was rescued from a South Texas shelter with her mom. Both girls are thriving in foster home. Daisy currently living with two dogs in her foster home. She loves to play and gets along with everyone, including children! She makes friends wherever she goes: at the park, trivia night, or the pet store. Daisy is 23 lbs, spayed, and up to date on vaccines. She is crate trained and sleeps in her crate quietly all night. She is nearly fully potty-trained and walks great on leash. She is heartworm positive and currently undergoing treatment (this is noncontagious to humans or others pets). Because of this, Daisy is only available for adoption in the Austin area, as she needs to be close to her vet in Leander. If she is adopted during treatment, our rescue pays for the full cost of heartworm treatment. Story
Rosie is the ultimate snuggle potato! If your love language is physical affection, Rosie is ready to make you feel adored by pressing her squishy bod against you at all possible times. She lives for love. This petite gal loves affection and is great with the other dogs and cats in her foster home. She’s an excellent play buddy with her chiweenie foster brother. Rosie has gentle leash manners and is working on her bravery on walks - sometimes loud cars, yelling humans and inflatable yard Santas scare her when out and about. But don’t let her short T-Rex legs fool you - she has excellent walking stamina. Rosie is crate trained, potty trained, an indiscriminate foodie, and sleeps silently all night. She is spayed & up to date on all vaccines. Rosie is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms (not contagious to other animals or humans). Due to this, she is available for adoption only to Austin area residents, as she needs to be within driving distance of our vet in Leander. If adopted, our rescue still pays for the cost of heartworm treatment. Story
This adorable little chiweenie pup is one of three babies born to a 10 pound chiweenie rescued from along the border. Mom was found with her 3 puppies who were just hours old. We transferred mom and puppies to central Texas where they have been loved and cared for. They are now 8 weeks old and ready for their forever homes. They are all microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. The adoption fee includes and appointment for their spay/neuter once they are 4 months old. This cost is covered by our rescue. We do not want to spay/neuter these babies when they are so young and small
