Story
Sweet Milo is a funny little guy who is very vocal but not a barker. He gets along with other dogs but is not really interested in playing with them*. I do not know if he has ever been around cats. He would be perfectly happy being an only dog. He will be a wonderful companion once he is given a opportunity to adjust to a new home. He doesn't bark but he "talks" like a frenchie. *He went to a new foster home for 2 weeks and really did not do well with the 5 dogs already in that home. So I am thinking he would do better as an only dog in a quiet single person household

Story
I brought him home after him being in a backyard cage for 1+ years. He was scared of everything wind, rain, standing in grass etc. I then found out he was heartworm positive and he had treatment and is clear that was 5 yrs ago. He is a sweetie but if cornered or approached quickly can become fearful and fear aggressive. He needs a soft touch and a leader. I am moving and he doesn’t get along with the other dog in house. I can’t be homeless. He’s a good boy but I can’t provide for him. He’s 6 now and just needs someone he can snuggle and trust. I hope he can find a loving home

Sid is seeking a cozy bed to lay on and watch the world go by. He is housebroken - crate trained - walks well on a leash. He would love a nice, quiet place to relax and call home and a best friend. Sid does get along well with other dogs - he doesn't play but enjoys their company. He does like to lay his head on a soft toy.

Story
Meet Lumi & Casper 💛 Lumi and Casper are a bonded pair of 1-year-old Parsons Jack Russell Terrier mixes, each weighing about 16–20 lbs. They were found abandoned in a wooded area and are now safe and learning what it means to be loved. These two are shy and fearful with people, but with time, patience, and a calm environment, they will come around. Casper is playful and curious, eager to trust, while Lumi is more reserved and takes comfort in following his lead. Together, they slowly build confidence and have recently discovered toys — which they absolutely love! They also enjoy the company of calm, small dogs. They are crate trained, house trained, and feel safest in their crates. While they aren’t comfortable with handling yet and must stay leashed outdoors, they closely observe their people and show growing curiosity and connection. Home Requirements: - Adult-only, quiet household - Secure 5–6’ fenced yard - No children or teens (because an open door = opportunity) Okay with 1–2 small dogs their size or smaller — or just each other Lumi & Casper are bonded and must stay together. They are available for foster or adoption, currently located in Land O Lakes. Adoption is open throughout Florida; foster homes must be within an hour of Tampa or Sarasota. 👉 Foster: www.love4pawsfl.org/foster 👉 Adopt: www.love4pawsfl.org/adopt
