Weight ~ 52 lbs**Adoption Fee sponsored by Loren Morse, Realtor**This is Rooster. And his ears rule the roost.He`s a regal, tall, slender, and athletic 3-year-old mutt mosaic. At just over 50 pounds, behold a beautiful mix of breeds that we can only guess. In his previous home, he completed obedience training and was very quick to learn new things. He mastered basic commands such as sit, stay, lay down, off, out, heel, come, and paw. He`s also crate trained (he loves it), and potty trained. Rooster is super sweet, loving, and very loyal to his people -- and has made many friends with our staff and volunteers. He`s also made a few dog friends here at the shelter and is a regular participant in our playgroup program with dogs of his size or larger. That said, we`ve heard he can be a little TOO interested in cats and smaller animals. We also recommend a home without small kids (older teenage kiddos might be okay). Doesn`t he sound like a wonderful dog? It`s because he is! If you`d like to meet Rooster, please call the Adoptions desk or visit the shelter Tue-Sun 11-5.
