Story
Courtesy Post Ollie is an 9 month old Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix and weighs around 60 lbs. He is up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention, but isn’t neutered. Olly is hostile around strangers! He is good with older children and cats! No younger children, due to his reactivity! No dogs, due to his reactivity! Olly is housebroken and crate-trained. He bit a female relative of the owner on the arm after she walked in the door. This was unprovoked and he was sniffing her prior to this bite incident. The owner is surrendering him because he has become more aggressive towards strangers and unknown dogs. They have worked with trainers, but he hasn’t improved. He will need a patient home where he can continue training. If you think you can provide a great home for Ollie, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Ollie.

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Knoxville, TN Meet Theo! He is an 2 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 37 lbs. He is neutered and on heartworm prevention, but isn’t up to date on shots (except for rabies). Theo is nervous around strangers! He is good with older children and cats! He hasn’t been tested around younger children. No dogs, due to his reactivity! Theo is housebroken and crate-trained. The owner is surrendering him because he doesn’t get along with their other dogs. They have worked with 3 different trainers and they all said he would do best as the only dog. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Theo, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Theodore is good with kids and dogs! No cats, due to his reactivity! He is crate-trained, but isn’t housebroken. Theodore is currently being treated for hookworms. The owner is surrendering him because they are unable to care for him financially and he doesn’t get along with their cats. He also jumps over their fence and runs through the neighborhood. He needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible!
