Story
Freckles, check, cute face, check, engaging personality, check. What else do you need? Nestor is a Chihuahua/Australian Shepherd mix. He enjoys snuggling up to his humans, but likes things to be on his terms. Nestor is what we call a velcro dog. He wants to be where you are. Working in the office, curled up on the sofa, outside for an adventure, Nestor is there. He is food motivated, but also enjoys toys and his quiet time. This little boy is sooo sweet! Nestor is opinionated, but likes other dogs and has lived with cats. He likes to have a gentle introduction to people but then is yours forever. He is house trained and walks well on a leash. He is the perfect size for easy lifting. The adoption fee for this dog is $425 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter. PetConnect Rescue cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and the general appearance of the animal at the time they enter our system. Story
Milkbone!! This gorgeous fluffy border collie/spaniel mix is a very happy boy - full of puppy energy and extremely loving and sweet. Puppy kisses always available! He is sleeping well through the night in his crate, doing great on housebreaking, playing nicely with his foster’s dogs, and so far ignoring their cats and chickens. True to his likely breed mix, this smart active little man will need a large fenced yard and/or a job to keep him busy - he is the opposite of a couch potato! Just a really sweet little boy. The adoption fee for this puppy is $475, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. A $250 spay/neuter deposit is required at time of adoption. This fee covers spay/neuter at one of PetConnect's preferred veterinary partners. If the adopter chooses to use their own veterinarian, the deposit will be returned with proof of sterilization. PetConnect Rescue cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and the general appearance of the animal at the time they enter our system. For more information, please email cmiller@petconnectrescue.org. **If you're viewing this on Petfinder, please visit www.petconnectrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**
