Story
Meet Chestnut – The Handsome Pup with a Heart of Gold! Hi, I’m Chestnut—a playful, loving brown and white pup looking for my forever home! I may have had a tough start in life, but I’m all about the future—one filled with love, laughter, and plenty of tail wags. I absolutely love to play! Whether it’s with plush toys, bully sticks, or just running around outside, I find pure puppy joy in everything I do. I also get along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even the resident bunny in my foster home. And people? Oh, I adore everyone I meet! My foster mom says I’m a champion snuggler and give the best puppy kisses. I’m also pretty smart—I’ve already mastered “sit” and am working on “down,” plus I’m making great progress with potty training. Right now, I’m living in a foster home in St. Charles with adult humans, resident pets, and plenty of love to go around. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and affectionate pup to fill your days with joy, I’m your guy! Let’s make this next chapter the best one yet—together If you are interested in adopting/meeting this pup , please complete our online adoption application that you can find here: https://www.starfishanimalrescue.com/adopt/dog-adoption-application . Your application will be reviewed by our team and if it is a good fit, we will send to the foster family to set up a meet! The adoption fee of $550 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed! *please note that we are a foster home based rescue and we do home visits as part of the adoption process - we are unable to adopt to families who live outside of the Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Thank you for your understanding. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 17, 2024, 3:12 pm
