Kip is an absolute lovebug who just wants to be by your side! At 5 years old and 20 lbs., he’s incredibly sweet, well-behaved, and completely potty trained. He has no behavioral issues—just a heart full of love to give. Kip does great outside of the crate and never causes trouble when left alone at home. His favorite activities include cuddling, soaking up all the attention he can get, and sometimes even hopping onto a laptop during work hours—because why work when you could be giving belly rubs instead?  Kip also makes an excellent hiking companion! He loves hitting the trails and exploring the outdoors, making him the perfect adventure buddy. While he adores people and loves being the center of attention, he’s not the biggest fan of attention from other dogs—he’d rather be the star of the show and soak up all the love for himself. He does have a little bit of separation anxiety, but his affectionate and loving nature more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for a loyal, snuggly, and adventurous companion, Kip is your perfect match! He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and is microchipped.  His adoption fee is $300.  All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption.   Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Fees help Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs,   vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies. Please go to  www.secondchancedogrescue.org  and complete an application today!    All dogs live in private foster homes until they are adopted.  March 10, 2025, 10:25 pm

Spaniel mix with a gentle and affectionate nature. He loves cuddling and often burrows under blankets or snuggles next to you. Fudge is very interested in whatever you do and enjoys keeping you company. He’s well-behaved, enjoys belly rubs, and walks beautifully on a leash without showing reactivity. Fudge is friendly with other dogs, having lived with one in his previous home. He quickly warms up to women, though he can be a bit hesitant around men. Fudge is crate-trained and does well during bath time. While Fudge has mild separation anxiety and may bark for about 10 minutes when left alone, he quickly calms down and enjoys napping on the couch until you return. Due to his sweet and timid personality, Fudge would do best in a home with older children who are respectful of his boundaries.  He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and is microchipped.  His adoption fee is $300.  All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption.   Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog.
