Story
Dakota was born 7/16/20, 13lb male miniature poodle who came to us from a former breeding situation. Unfortunately, Dakota did not have the greatest socialization prior to coming to us. He is learning what it means to be loved! Dakota does well with other dogs, cats. In his foster home, Dakota is working on the basics: housebreaking, crate training, leash walking.Dakota's adoption fee is $300.00 which includes his neuter and dental (scheduled in November), vaccines including DHLPPC, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Lyme, heartworm/lyme testing (negative), and Microchipping with lifetime registration. To be considered, you must first complete an application. https://www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org/companion-adoption-form-pdf.html***100% of adoption fees go back to the animals and help provide for medical care for our rescues that need specialized medical care and surgeries.*Note: Ideally, ALL members of the family (canine and human alike) should be present for any meet and greet unless otherwise specified/discussed.Please remember that we are a board of entirely volunteers that have full time jobs as well as our rescue passion. Story
Hi there, I’m Murphy! I’m a 5 year old poodle mix and I’m looking for an experienced adopter to come meet me! Since I’m a mixed breed, I do shed and need regular grooming and I have some allergies so I do best on a vegetarian diet. I’m such a good boy though! I’ve been through all the training and always got perfect grades!! I love everyone, but young children and cats are just too crazy for me, so I prefer a home without them. Please email my friends here, so that you can come meet me!! Love, Murphy🐾🐾 We are currently open Monday-Thursday by appointment only, and Fri, Sat, Sun from 1-5. Facebook comments and questions are NOT monitored. If you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment during the week, please email us at shpr88@yahoo.com. No calls please!! Story
He is 6.5 years old. We adopted him from another family as a companion for our adult daughter but they don't get along. He does get along with some of our cats. He is in desperate need of grooming but has been aggressive with the ones we have tried. Also has current license for PA. He truly needs a place that can give him the attention he needs. We need to find him a new home.

Story
This is Chanel. She is a little over a year and a half old. She grew up in an outside kennel. She is the sweetest girl with beautiful coloring. She is considered to be small/medium but she has a big personality. She is a very active girl and would do best in an active home. She can be a little nervous when she is in the house. She definitely prefers to me outside and running around. She is great with other animals. She has a submissive personality. She has started her house training, leash training and crate training. She is shy and reserved when meeting new people but she is very food motivated so that helps to make training easier. She prefers to be with people and other animals rather than being alone.
