Story
Named for the freedom she has finally found, Indy is a young Standard Poodle beginning her journey toward a bright future. She came to us matted and malnourished, weighing only 43 pounds, yet she has met every challenge with a wagging tail and a gentle soul. Indy’s road to recovery will require medical care to treat her URI and a lot of love, and we are looking for supporters to help her cross the finish line. Whether you can donate toward her cause, open your home as an adopter, or help spread her story, every bit of kindness matters. Indy's sweet nature shines through in her interactions with both people and animals. She does well in her crate and is excellent on walks. With this in mind, we have no doubt that she would make a wonderful family dog. As a Standard Poodle, Indy will require regular grooming and brushing sessions to keep her comfortable and looking her very best. Let’s come together to give Indy the best Independence Day gift possible: a loving life where she feels her best and is cherished for all her days. Show this girl the love she deserves. Submit your application today!

Please contact JoEllen (sagdinfo@aol.com) for more information about this pet. Please apply online at http://texasgreatdane.org/adoption-application/       ** This dog is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX. Prospective adopters must be able to travel to San Antonio to complete the adoption process.  Please apply online at http://texasgreatdane.org/adoption-application/ ** Meet Benson, a handsome chocolate Poodle/Lab (F1 NOT Hypoallergenic) cross puppy with a heart as big as his paws! Benson was born on 10/11/2025 and as of early March, he weighs 27 pounds. His mom is a black Standard Poodle, and while dad is unknown, he was clearly a Labrador Retriever—giving Benson that classic doodle look and loving personality. Benson is very sweet, playful, and affectionate, and he truly thrives around people. He gets along great with everyone he meets and would make a wonderful addition to a family home. Benson would love having kids to play with, a yard to explore, and plenty of time for cuddles after a fun day. He has the easygoing, social nature that makes him a great fit for busy households as well as calmer family settings. Benson is potty trained (and can use a dog door). Since he is still a puppy, he will need a family willing to provide patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement as he continues learning. With guidance and love, he’s sure to grow into a well-mannered and devoted companion. If you’re looking for a playful, loving puppy to grow up alongside your family, Benson could be the perfect match! Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for his entire life (up to 15+ years or more) - not just until his puppy cuteness wears off. You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Like most puppies, he may chew on anything within his reach to include but not limited to baseboards, shoes, socks, children's toys, electrical cords, plants, etc. His adoption fee is $250. This includes his neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccinations, Bravecto®, Drontal® Plus, Tri-Heart® Plus Chewable Tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Please be aware that puppies and small breed dogs do get adopted quickly so interested parties are encouraged to apply online at www.saspca.org. Please ensure your application is complete before submitting. We do verify property ownership, landlord references, apartment/HOA restrictions, veterinary references. Additional questions may be directed to sagdinfo@gmail.com. ** This dog is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX. Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Okay, GRACIE does not look too beautiful in these pictures but she is in person and her soul is really beautiful.  GRACIE is a wonderful dog who I rescued from the streets of San Antonio, TX.  She had been hanging out at a bank, just sitting there waiting for someone to rescue her.  She was so happy to be saved.  She is for sure a very loyal and loving dog. I am going to try to groom her this weekend and get better pictures of her but she is an all black dog and those pictures are hard to take and to make them clear.  Her coat is wavy/curly and she does allow you to groom her and she takes a good bath.  GRACIE is a poodle/terrier mix who is 3 years old and 51 pounds. GRACIE's main purpose in life is to play.  She would do best in a home with another dog as a playmate.  For sure she would occupy that dog's time and energy!  GRACIE plays, eats and sleeps to get ready to play again.  She deserves a second chance at having a loving home.  I wish I knew why she was tossed away on the streets because she is such a good girl and I have no problems out of her. She loves to go on walks or do anything that involves receiving love.  She is really a pets pet and will not bother you around the house.  I have on good thoughts and great things to say about her. If you are interested in adopted GRACIE, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         March 12, 2026, 9:09 am

Story
We have Andree in our home for at least 4 years now. He is a very sweet and smart dog. The kids love him, but we have to give him up because we can't keep up taking care of him due to family issues we are having at this moment. Also, when we move to a different place, we might not be able to bring him with us.

Story
This sweet girl has no bad habits. She is an indoor dog and only goes out to use the bathroom. Shes gentle with toddlers, tiny dogs and kittens. She is very obedient when spoken to. She stands still for groomers. She is pure white with grey skin which is rare. I drove across the country and paid thousands for her. Very pretty when shaved. She , like most poodles, is a very good watch dog. She will come with her beds, several coordinating leashes and collars, and food.Located south of San Antonio

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet. This brother/sister duo is quite the team.  They are so happy with each other, they just play, play, play.  I will be getting a video of them playing that I will be able to text to anyone interested. Yes, they were born in the same litter, the black one is a male, PEPE and SALTINI is the girl.  One parent was a poodle and one parent was a Maltese.  They are both non-shedders. They came with their names but really do not recognize them. SALTINI is more curly and PEPE's hair is wavy/straight.  They are 1 1/2 years old and weigh 10 pounds.  These 2 are very bonded and will need to be adopted together.  They were owner surrendered to me as their owner begin experiencing some medical issues and could not care for them any longer. I received PEPE with a bacterial skin infection that was instantly diagnosed and treated.  He looks so much better now that the medication is healing him.  He is still healing but NOT contagious.  He has one last vet visit on Monday, March 9, 2026 and will be available to go to his new home after that.  There was nothing wrong with his sister at all.  PEPE has been groomed and SALTINI is next to be groomed. Both are very happy dogs and easy to care for because they are content to play with each other and run zoomies in the back yard and sometimes through the kitchen and living room.  It is a joy to watch them play.  They also play with the other foster dogs in the home.  PEPE is the first to come and want some love and to cuddle, SALTINI follows, she is the quiet one. They are crate and potty trained.  SALTINI will lick my leg to let me know she wants to go potty, PEPE is more lazy and will wait to go out with everyone else, he is not a leg lifter.  Both are routine type dogs and easy to care for on a daily basis.  They will bring you such joy and happiness into your home. If you are interested in adopting them, please submit an application on the website below.  I have more pictures to provide.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org       ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.
