He could use some basic leash etiquette so that he can go on lots of adventures! Dandy is a quick learner and is eager to please.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Meet Henry, a 12-15 year old, 6lb  mini poodle who is looking for a fresh start. Unfortunately, he found himself in the shelter. He was extremely matted & needed to be shaved down. He is a sweet little boy who loves to be near people and held close. He has lots of energy, follows and only wants to be a part of your life.  Good with dogs, however, not so much with cats.
