Story
Dominique is an extremely handsome, very social, black with a touch of white on his chest, male standard poodle born on 3/4/23. He currently weighs about 60 pounds and is a burning, burning hunk of love for sure, so it goes without saying that Dominique loves attention and is ready to bond with his special human. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, received a Proheart 6 shot and is also being kept on flea and tick prevention to maintain his good health. His adoption donation is $700 plus $165 transport fee. If you would like to adopt Dominique the first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application, please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Story
This precious boy was rescued from a bad situation involving a domestic abuse case. He, along with five other doodles, were removed in January. All of the dogs were badly matted, thin, but remained in great spirits.   Fast forward one month and Rodey has a new lease on life! He is newly groomed, fully vetted: all vaccines are up to date, heart worm negative, and scheduled to be neutered soon. He is two years young! He seems to be comfortable around cats and simply ignores them.   He is easy going, loves to be with people, and does great while getting groomed. He's going to make a fantastic companion for an individual or family. Non-shedding!!!   Currently he is in Arkansas, but transport is available for New England. His adoption fee is $650 and this does cover his transport as well.     ##2313813##

Story
Bear is an absolute sweetheart with a heart full of love to share! This fluffy, gentle boy may be blind, but that doesn’t slow him down—he enjoys life just as much as any other pup! With his calm, easygoing personality, Bear is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal and loving best friend. Originally from Orlando, Bear was raised in a caring home but needed a new place to call his own when his owner could no longer care for him. He made the journey to the Boston area, proving to be a fantastic traveler and an adaptable pup with the right support. He’s ready to settle into his forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and understood. Bear is friendly, quiet, and adores being near his people. While he’s not big on toys, he has a favorite blanket that he loves tossing around—it’s the cutest thing! He thrives on routine, enjoys an early bedtime with a few treats, and loves spending time in a secure, fenced yard where he can sniff, explore, and do his signature happy zoomies in circles at the park. He’s affectionate in his own special way, enjoying pets and cuddles when he’s comfortable, especially once he knows he can trust you. Bear’s dream home would be a calm, loving environment with a fenced yard where he can safely explore. He would thrive with a patient family who will embrace his blindness and help him navigate his surroundings with love and care. He’s happy to share his home with another gentle, easygoing dog, but he would also do great as the only pup soaking up all the love. This incredible boy is house-trained, well-mannered, and just waiting for the right person to see how truly special he is. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, and gentle companion who will bring so much love into your life, Bear is the one for you! Could you be the perfect match for him? Reach out today to meet Bear and give him the forever home he deserves! 💙🐾

Story
Krew is a lovable, high-energy pup who’s always ready for fun! Playful and affectionate, he thrives on being around people and absolutely loves a good game of fetch. He’s eager to learn new tricks (especially when treats are involved!) and greets everyone with enthusiasm—though he’s still working on keeping all four paws on the ground. This adolescent ball of energy is looking for an experienced, patient owner who can help him continue learning good manners. Krew is still working through some jumpy and mouthy behaviors in his foster home, so he’ll need someone who can guide him with positive reinforcement and structure. He can be a bit anxious with transitions and is still very much a big puppy who likes to get into things! Krew will do best in an adult-only home with a fenced-in yard where he can run and burn off energy. He enjoys having another playful dog around but would also be happy as the center of attention. While he loves adventure, he also appreciates time to relax at home after a full day of play. If you’re looking for an energetic, fun-loving companion and are ready to help him continue learning and growing, Krew could be the perfect match for you!
