Story
Murray is a very smart, affectionate, obedient dog. He is ideally best as an “only dog.” We have 6 dogs total. We have to keep him separated from one dog all the time, and occasionally he will go after any of the other dogs without any outward indication. Generally he is good with the female dogs we have, but randomly he will go after one or another. This is the reason we need to rehome him. He really is a good dog (but very bad about counter surfing), but he really should be with fewer dogs. I think he just gets jealous of the attention we give to our other dogs. He is up to date, neutered, and decently trained. Crate trained, and really likes his crate. He is free to a good home.

Story
Sadie is a six year old Boodle. She is poodle and bulldog mix from Zimmer Pet shop in Boyertown, PA. She is about 75 pounds and medium to large dog. Sadie is very friendly and social with all dogs. She does chase after cats, so a home without cats would be best. I am looking for a new home for Sadie as I just don't have the time she deserves with current situations and this a very hard decision to rehome her and was not made lightly. A good home for Sadie would preferably be a male or male and female as I think she prefers the male bonding.

Story
Clyde is a 2 year old neutered male labradoodle who weighs about 55 pounds. He was adopted from us as a puppy, but recently came back to us when his family wanted a better situation for him. Clyde is such a kind gentleman who is very well behaved and loves to please his people. He takes 2 medications twice a day for seizures, but they are well managed and he is very good at taking the meds. Clyde is house trained, crate trained, walks well on a leash, previously lived with kids and has tested well with other dogs. Do you have room in your heart and home for this adorable guy? Story
This sweet, handsome fella was roaming the city and county for a few months and no one could catch him. We were called in to help and within a few hours he was safe in our care thanks to a citizen helping man the traps. He is very sweet, friendly and loving but he definitely has a checkered past. He does not like to be left alone for too long and will cry like a baby. Like many dogs here in TN he was neglected to the point where he lost trust in humans. He has now learned that there are some really great humans and so he wants to be with you. He does like to play with other dogs and will do best in a home with another dog or 2 that are friendly and playful. He gets along with cats as well. He is also very young (we can only guess) so he needs an active family. He loves water, going for walks and is a great car rider. He does great with kids too. I think he would love a big, fun family to smother him with love and attention. He will need an adopter willing to work with his separation anxiety and help him get over that(there are lots of free resources). He is a Poodle, not sure if he is pure or a mix but he is going to require regular grooming. He is a high maintenance guy looking for the perfect home to meet his needs. If you are interested in our sweet Roman please visit funnyfarmpets.org where you can read all about our TN based rescue and how the adoption and transport process works. You will also find the link to submit the application. His adoption fee is $325 and if he has to be transported from TN where he is currently fostered there will be an additional $200 fee.

Story
Chelsea is incredible and looks like a big stuffed animal. She is about 9 months old and 47 lbs of awesome. One of the sweetest dogs you could ever ask for. Could use a good grooming, but other than that, perfect! Chelsea is good with everyone she meets and loves dogs and cats. Needs lots of exercise, as these breed types always do. Good with kids, but prefer older, more experienced kids, so Chelsea can get what she needs. A fenced yard will be important. A must meet, for this cutie will steal your heart for sure. (Fee is a touch higher, due to breed, coat, and temperament) LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health.  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)   March 9, 2025, 12:42 pm

Story
Meet Reggie, a Miniature Poodle who was dumped on the streets to fend for himself. He was so scared to approach people that we had to trap him. His coat was so mangled and covered with cling ons that we had to shave him down completely and there was a beautiful dog under there! (before pics available on request) He's a sweet little boy but gets very nervous when strangers come in the house. He is best to be with an older couple and no small children in the house. He's very snuggly and lovable, just doesn't like a lot of commotion. Our vet estimated him to be around 4 -5 years. We had his teeth cleaned and polished as he had the beginning of tartar build up, more than likely due to a poor diet. He is neutered, heart worm negative, vaccinated, crate trained and microchipped. Reggie is more than ready for his forever home, could that be you? Reggie is ready for immediate transport PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION! ADOPTION FEE: $600

Story
Hi my name is Georgie.  I am a fabulous little miniature poodle who is 7 years old and I weigh 17 lbs.  I am an awesome little guy who is so very sad.  Today is the Sunday after Valentine's Day.  I spent Valentine's Day with my beloved mom and now I am in a strange home with 'other' dogs.  I miss my mom so much.  Her daughter told me that I was going to a loving foster home because my mom could no longer take proper care of me.  She was right but that did not help.  My foster mom is very nice and I know that I am safe and loved but....  It would be best for me to go ahead and find my forever home so that I do not have settle in twice.  I am a very sweet guy who loves adult people.  I would love to find a couple in their 50s or early 60s with no other dogs who would make me the center of their universe.  I am not being picky (well yes I am).  I don't ever want to go through the loss of my human again.  I am used to living with a woman but I also REALLY love men.  I know lots of tricks and would love to show you how smart I am.  I can shake hands,  high five, lie down, roll over and stand up and dance.  I am a little ham at heart.  I am paper trained but will do my business when you take me outside.  I do prefer that you go with me and would love a fence in yard of some sort.  I have no real health issues but I am allergic to chicken and a bit picky about what I eat.  I also have itchy skin but think that is because my mom bathed me too much.  I prefer going to the groomer and do need to go frequently.  I do need a new family that can afford to take care of me.  After all I think I am a prince.  I know how to walk on a leash but my favorite thing is to ride in my carriage.  (It is actually a stroller but I prefer carriage.)  I hope you have cried and then laughed at what I have had to say and that you are now ready to apply to be my true forever family.  I have been neutered and am current on all my shots, heartworm negative and microchipped.  To be considered for my forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne at viviennejames@comcast.net.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (I am currently in Tennessee but can be transported to my forever family upon adoption.)February 23, 2025, 9:42 pm

Story
This handsome Miniature Poodle boy is called Wrigley and he is a young 3 year old, 14 pound sweetheart looking for a home.  His life started off with a breeder and he was purchased as a Christmas gift for young children who soon grew tired of the novelty puppy.  They were supposed to take care of him and the parents were not willing to pick up the slack for his care.  The solution was to put this poor 14 pound boy outside on a tie out in the cold elements of Winter.  A neighbor grew so concerned about him and asked if they would give him up to a rescue.  They fortunately agreed and soon this handsome Poodle was in the right hands that could change his life.  He needed to be neutered and it has been done with all other vetting.  Wrigley is a happy boy despite the lack of love and past care.  He seems to have been unfazed that he spent time alone outside and not receiving the real love and snuggles that he so freely gives now to his foster mom.  He is back to working on being housebroken due to the tie-out time he spent outside but is crate trained and we have groomed him just before neutering him.  He has a whole new life ahead of him and we have polished him up to look as dapper as he could before leaving for a new forever home. If you have been looking for a young Poodle to rescue and love then this is a rare opportunity to get a fully vetted boy with no hidden issues or fears.  He is fine with other dogs, cats and gets along great with everyone he meets. Wrigley was wonderful to the children in the first home even though they did not appreciate him. This treasure is just waiting for a miracle family to love him.  Could that be you?  He is in Tennessee and we transport northward almost every weekend.  Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested.   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.February 23, 2025, 9:42 pm
