Max is a 9-year-old male standard poodle, 75 lbs. His mama passed away, and he now needs a new home. He is very sweet, gets along with other dogs, and seems ok with cats. He is house trained, but does pull on the leash, as he hasn't really been out for many walks. He'd love a home where he can cuddle with you all day, but he also likes to play. He does have some separation anxiety and might howl when left alone. He does have an eye issue that he is on medication for.  We have recently discovered he can jump a 5-foot wall, so you will either need taller walls, or he will need supervision when in the yard. I adopted Oliver when he was only a few weeks old. He's 3 years old now. He's super playful and thinks he's a lap dog. He can get really excited around new people but once you start petting him he'll rub up against you or lay on feet when you sit down. He loves staring out the window and barking at random things. He's a great guard dog too.

This was my mother’s dog. She passed away a week ago. We already have 4 dogs and a cat. Max gets along great with our other dogs, but the cat is intimidated with his size. He is hiding outside (it was only 28 degrees last night) and barely eating. I do NOT want him going to a shelter. I would be forever grateful if someone could give this sweet boy the loving home he deserves!

Foster or forever needed for Rocky! He is a 4 and a half year old male Poodle mix. Rocky is the goodest boy. He is house trained and well mannered; he knows basic commands such as “sit” and “paw”. He gets excited and pulls while going on walks but eventually he calms down. He would greatly benefit from a calm home that can help him build his confidence. Jakey Blues joined us from our local shelter where he had a terrible infection in his few remaining teeth. After a trip to our vet, he is feeling - and smelling - much better! He has a spring in his step as he moves around his foster home and happily enjoys treats and lots of cuddles on the couch. His vision and hearing are less than perfect so a mellow home is going to be his best match. Jakey is fine with the other small dogs in his foster home or he'd be content as your one and only. Andy is an 8 years “young” gorgeous poodle mix who still believes he’s a puppy. He weighs a perfect 34 pounds, is housetrained, and he loves his life since his rescue. Andy was tied up outside for years, with minimal shelter, and when he came to us, he had a foxtail embedded in his eye, and many inside his ears, causing a ruptured eardrum and excruciating pain. Andy has bounced back and has become the funniest and most gregarious dog. He loves riding in the car, walking in the neighborhood, and his chew toys. Andy should be with an experienced dog-person, and even though he loves other dogs on his walks, he should be the only dog in his new home due to his resource guarding. Andy would be happiest if he had his own yard, with only adult parents. He can be slow to warm up to strangers, but once he does, he’s a joy. If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Andy, the first step is to submit an adoption application.
