Hugo was found as a stray and nobody came looking for him. We suspect a breeder dumped him because he wasn't sold as a tiny puppy.
Hugo is a little underweight at 38lbs right now and about 8 months old. The vet says he is a standard poodle.
What we do know, a good Samaritan picked up him up, took him to the vet, had vaccines and health exam. His neuter is schedule for next week.
Hugo is a very very sweet pup. He gets along with all dogs and loves people.
We'd love for him to have a family that is familiar with this breed, the grooming upkeep is a must.
After adoption, Hugo will arrive in the New England area on Thursday 11-21.
