Story
Cletus and his siblings were brought to the Mead County Shelter after a rough start in life, where they were left to fend for themselves. Unfortunately, they were the victims of an ill-conceived plan to profit from breeding without care for their well-being. But, Cletus' story is one of hope! Thanks to the amazing team at Adopt Me, he was rescued just in time and is now looking for a family to show him the love he deserves. Cletus is a sweet, resilient pup who’s eager to learn and experience the world around him. He’s still working on potty training and discovering the joy of toys, but with patience, positive reinforcement, and a loving environment, he’s sure to thrive. He’s a little unsure of what it means to be a dog just yet, but he’s so ready to learn with the right guidance! Crate training? No problem! Cletus is already doing great with his crate and is perfectly content in it. What he needs most now is a forever home where he can be socialized with people, other dogs, and the world. A home that will teach him how to be a confident, playful dog. He’s a blank slate, just waiting for the right family to step in and show him how wonderful life can be when you’re loved unconditionally. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will grow and learn with you, Cletus might just be your perfect match! If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of OUR online application at www.adoptmebluegrasspetrescue.com, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months. We review and schedule meets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received. Keep in mind these are young puppies with a life expectancy of up to 15 years. Our guiding principle for adoptions is to seek the right fit for family and for dog, including a home that can stay committed to him/her for life.

Story
Cupid is a lovable young pup who has experienced more than her fair share of challenges in her short life. At just 5 months old, she was clearly once someone’s cherished pet, but sadly, she was left to fend for herself in a park, abandoned by those who couldn’t care for her anymore. Despite her past, Cupid has remained the sweetest, most resilient girl you’ll ever meet! She has quickly adapted to her new life in foster care, showing just how strong and loving she truly is. Cupid gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is fantastic with children—she’s gentle and affectionate with everyone she meets. She’s also excellent in her crate and fully potty trained, making her an easy and enjoyable companion. Cupid is now looking for a forever family who can help her continue to thrive. While she’s a fast learner, she would benefit from some socialization to help her gain confidence and experience all the joy that life has to offer. Cupid will reward you with endless love, cuddles, toys, and tail wags once she knows she’s found her safe and loving home. Are you ready to give Cupid the family she deserves? She’s eager to find her people and start her new chapter with all the love, toys, and treats she can possibly handle! If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of OUR online application at www.adoptmebluegrasspetrescue.com, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months. Story
I am Jax. A standard chocolate/silver poodle. I weigh 76 pounds. I am the happiest sweetest boy! I love every animal I come across and every human. I am very hyper. Anxiety meds help me but my owner has taken me off because she is home with me. It helps me not be so anxious when she’s gone. I need someone who has time and experience. I know basic commands and I love car rides.
