Story
Look how handsome I am!! My name is Jimmy. I am a small, standard poodle. I weigh about 18-20 pounds and I am 5 months old. Through no fault of mine, I was surrendered to Miami Animal Alliance's amazing vet tech. I am extremely smart when I want to be and a real goofball the rest of the time!! I love to be held, play with all my friends, and take naps. I love everybody, 2--legged and 4-legged!! I'm not completely potty-trained, but working on it. I am crate and leash trained. I am not a barker except when I am playing. I want to find my forever home with a family that gives me a lot of attention and will teach me everything a guy needs to know. I will be your forever playmate and sleep mate. I really want to be with my people. Story
Meet Sprocket, a 4-year-old Poodle mix with a big personality and a heart full of potential. Sprocket has had a rough start and comes with a history of reactivity and biting. He’s a scared dog who needs a firm, experienced owner to help him feel secure and establish boundaries. Sprocket has had training sessions and responds well to clear, consistent leadership. Once he knows you’re in charge, he’s much more relaxed and doesn’t push back. However, he does react to new people and should wear a muzzle during initial introductions for safety. Despite his challenges, Sprocket has no health issues and thrives on affection from his trusted person. He enjoys being cuddled and will show his sweet side once he’s built trust. If you’re an experienced dog owner ready to provide a structured, loving environment, Sprocket could be a rewarding companion. He’s looking for someone who can help him overcome his fears and show him the love and stability he deserves.

Story
Hi My name is Seth Rogan aka Goose. I found a loving home a year ago but I was having a harder time sharing my toys and definitely didn't want to share my treats or food with the other pups. I would really love a home by myself that can let me lounge around and frollick in the yard, and would love a home with owners that are home more often than not so I don't have to spend much time in my kennel. Story
Meet Theo! He is a 60 pound sweet and calm standard poodle who’s as easygoing as they come. Theo is a patient boy who loves food and has a lot of fun playing the “find the chicken” game, sniffing around to discover tasty treats. He’s a big fan of pets and will gladly soak up all the love you’re willing to give. Theo gets along well with other dogs and has a curious nature, always exploring his surroundings in the most relaxed way. If you’re looking for a laid-back, loving companion who will enjoy quiet moments and bring a steady presence to your home, Theo might just be the perfect match. Come meet this gentle boy and see for yourself! Before being rescued, many of our dogs have had limited socialization, so they may need a bit of time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog`s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
