Meet Lealman!DOB: August 2016Weight: 50 lbsDisposition: Independent, Friendly, CalmHistory: Lealman first arrived at Soi Dog’s shelter in July 2022 after being discovered abandoned by his owner three years prior. He was treated for ticks and fleas and has since been patiently awaiting her opportunity for adoption. Lealman is a calm, confident dog who can be overwhelmed by the crowded shelter environment and will move away from crowding dogs. He gets along with other dogs in the run, but prefers his quiet space and isn't typically playful. He enjoys his walks and will show interest in other dogs outside that he is unfamiliar with and will be friendly towards them. In the off lead area, he prefers to explore than to interact with people. He came to The Barking Lot in October 2024 to fulfill his wish to have his forever family.Best Home: Easy going single or couple who appreciate a chill dog who doesn't overwhelm them in his need for affection. As you can tell from my before-and-after photo, I was left alone a lot and not very well taken care of before my foster mom rescued me.
