Blaze first family was a girl and her two parents, the dad died and the girl became paralyzed. They were selling their home and I bought it I noticed Blaze had terrible allergies at the time the mom couldn’t afford to pay medication for and wasn’t being walked due to the girls handicap status. I adopted him his allergies became better and no longer require medication and he also was receiving more exercise however after having a child and expecting another soon it has become more difficult to continue walking him regularly and afford food for him. I am seeking a new home for him who would be dedicated to walking him, playing with him, and giving him the love and attention he deserves.

He was purchased from a breeder but the owner had no time for him and he spent almost all of his life in a crate. He was so matted that he had to be shaved, but his coat will grow back. He is friendly and loves to be cuddled. The staff at his boarding facility describes him as a real "cuddle bug." Lucas was good meeting cats and was friendly with a dog he lived with for a short while. AGR will take care of having him neutered. This small guy is sure to make some adopter very happy! Meet Alvin, a very sweet 6-year-old mini poodle mix who came to us from the AZ Humane Society. He was known to have a heart murmur and needed to be neutered. He has been seen by our vet, including a cardiac ultrasound which shows he has some valve issues that can be kept under control with the use of medication, and he has been neutered.. This little guy wants all of your attention. In return, he will give you all of his. While tolerant of other dogs, he would be very happy to be the one and only. He walks fairly well on a leash and listens well, coming quickly when called. His favorite place is snuggled next to you. He has obviously had some training and will dance for his food, which is his prime motivator. Like all Lucky Dog Rescue pups, Alvin is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. He will need regular grooming and lots of attention.
