Story
Courtesy posting for Rolling Ridge Rescue at 256-531-6396 Gus is estimated to be 5 years old by our Veterinarian. He is up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative. He is on monthly preventative. Ge us good with all humans - adults and children of all sizes and ages. Gus loves people and never met a stranger. Gus will chase cats so we do not recommend that he is in a home with cats. Gus can be grumpy with some male dogs so we would recommend a home with no male dogs as well although he may be fine there. He would do great in an apartment living situation. Gus is not destructive and loves to play with his many toys. Loves to go on walks and Loves his car rides. If you have any questions concerning Gus or are interested in adoption please call 256-531-6396.

Please contact Glenda (fairydogmother@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Aspen is a one year old 'smallish'  Standard Poodle that weighs 40 pounds.  Aspen is a friendly fellow that transferred from a rescue that did not have space for him.  He plays well with other dogs and kids.  Not sure about cats, as there are no cats here, but so mild mannered, I assume good with cats too.  Aspen is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm/flea/parasite prevention.  Aspen's adoption fee is a tax deductible donation to the rescue in the amount of $800.November 6, 2024, 5:36 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. If you are interested in any of the FFOSK9 pups,  the first step is to fill out an application at  http://www.ffosk9resq.org/info/adoption . Benji is a 9  month old, 68 pound Doodle but we do not what he is mixed with. He is super sweet and loving. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. He is house broke and likes to go into a crate to take a nap. He has been around chickens, ducks, geese, sheep, goats and rabbits and does very well with them. Benji was a stray that showed up at his foster moms neighbors house and when they ran him off he started sleeping in the garage with cats, kittens and a few chickens and ducks. All he wanted was for some to care for him and love him. Benji went to the groomers and he did very well! He will need regular grooming for his soft thick hair. To adopt please visit our website @ https://www.ffosk9resq.org/ to fill out an application. Once the application is received Benji's foster mom will process the app and make all the necessary calls. Once that is done she will be in touch with you. We will not answer any questions until application is processed. Adoption fee is $325Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes.  We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3  organization.  We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets.  All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates.   November 29, 2024, 1:10 pm
