Story
Available in TX only! Meet Max Cooper, a captivating white pup with soulful eyes that speak volumes despite his deafness. While he can't hear, he's mastered the art of being a joyful canine companion. Max exudes energy and affection, enjoying walks and playtime, especially his favorite pastime: fetch. Despite his disability, he embraces life with enthusiasm, embodying resilience and love. Max thrives on human interaction, craving a caring companion to share adventures with. He's an adventurous spirit who adores riding in cars and exploring new places. Yet, Max is also a devoted cuddler, content to keep you company on the couch, his gentle nature shining through in every snuggle session. His harmonious interactions extend to both humans and fellow furry friends, often seen frolicking with playful puppies. Max is a testament to the indomitable spirit of rescue dogs, proving that love knows no bounds, and every pup deserves a chance to find their forever home. We do recommend a home without young children due to his special needs. Max has not been cat tested, but we know he loves dogs! He is microchipped, fully vaccinated, & neutered. He is being fostered in Seguin, TX and is ready for his new home. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet Buddy, the charismatic rescue pitbull who has captured the hearts of everyone he meets. This fun-loving canine companion is a true embodiment of joy, with a passion for cuddles, kisses, and hugs that is simply infectious. Despite a previous setback due to ACL surgery, Buddy's enthusiasm for life remains undiminished, although he now enjoys the great outdoors at a slightly gentler pace. Buddy is not just a pet; he's a family member. He's kennel trained, making him not only adorable but also well-behaved. While he is incredibly friendly with other dogs, a meet-and-greet is recommended to ensure a smooth introduction. Unfortunately, Buddy isn't a fan of feline friends, so a cat-free environment would be ideal. In addition to his social prowess, Buddy is house trained, making him the perfect companion for any home. His playful spirit shines through when he's engaged in a game of fetch or with a rope toy - his tail wagging with unmatched enthusiasm. But perhaps Buddy's favorite pastime is basking in the sun, a simple pleasure that brings him immense contentment. With his resilience, affectionate nature, and zest for life, Buddy is more than a pet; he's a source of endless love and happiness, waiting to bring sunshine into the lives of his forever family.

Bonnie is a cutie pie. He loves playing with other dogs and he can probably be trained to be around cats, he just likes to play rough. He loves cuddles and attention, has a hard time with separation but he has been doing better with kennel time. He’s up to date on shots and microchipped. He still needs a lot of training but he is really good.

Story
Dom is such a sweet boy who needs a forever home to lay his head. He is a Staffy/German Shepherd mix (with DNA results to prove it!) and he is 70lbs but needs to lose about 15-20lbs. Dom has sooo many amazing qualities! He is affectionate and LOVES a good snuggle on the couch. He will also do fine while you are at work! He is fine free roaming the home but is also crate trained. He is an independent man and will self entertain. He loves to play ball, go swimming, go for walks, play frisbee and he even likes to be groomed! Dom does need a quiet home, older children (teenagers) would be fine. He needs just a few minutes to warm up to new people and then he will be your forever friend! He does fine with both women and men. He needs to be the only pet in the home but he does fine with fowl. He will alert bark if you are looking for a protector for you home. :) A fenced in yard will be required. KARE staff has certified trainers that will be here to help Dom's transition into his new home. Adopters must live in Kitsap County.

** Note: Bristol is not with Saving Great Animals but is a courtesy post for one of our rescue partners. If you are interested in Bristol, please contact them directly at: pacnwk9@gmail.com ** Meet Bristol, the Energetic Snuggler! Bristol is a lively and playful dog with an endless supply of energy and love. He is about 5 years old and around 65 lbs. Bristol loves to snuggle and will happily sleep by your side whenever you want him to. His favorite activities include walks around the neighborhood, a couple of miles through parks, hikes, or romping around an off-leash dog park where he can make new friends and explore to his heart's content. Despite his energetic nature, Bristol isn't a fan of long-distance running because his hips get sore after a couple of miles. He prefers the comfort of home and the company of his favorite humans. His charming personality and affectionate nature make him the perfect companion for cozy evenings and weekend adventures. Bristol also has great recall skills, making him a joy to have off-leash. Bristol enjoys chewing on bones and tough rubber-based toys, showing off his strength and determination. Anything else he gets his paws on, he can happily shred in minutes, if not seconds! His boundless enthusiasm and loyalty make every moment spent with him a cherished memory. Bristol is fully trained and comes with five private lessons from his trainers to ensure everyone have a smooth transition into his new home. Come meet Bristol, and get ready to be enchanted by his playful spirit and warm cuddles! We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! Story
Neo is a snuggly goofball looking for his forever home. We think Neo would make a wonderful family dog, with his half-couch-potato, half-zoomie-machine personality. Here at the rescue, Neo is a fan favorite, our behavior team adores him for his people-focused personality and his sweetness toward the other dogs. We believe Neo to be half pittie, half lab, and he’s the best of both worlds! Neo is a rescue, so his exact age and breed are unknown to us and cannot be guaranteed. Neo currently weighs in at a lap-sized 64 pounds, and we estimate his age to be around 3 years old. Neo shows his age in his frosted face, but otherwise, you could never tell! This boy is happy, bouncy, and so loving! When we introduced him to other dogs he showed us his playful side, running around with a big ol’ smile on his face. Watch Neo here: https://youtu.be/PC_Tgwzlp28 My favorite thing was how easily he calmed down as the other dogs were settling in to smell around and take a break. Whenever he wasn’t playing, Im sure you can guess where he was, with the people, seeking out and sharing love. Neo is a vocal boy, who will carry on a conversation, talking to you. It’s not barking, but vocalizations. Neo is a complete goofball, capable of making anyone laugh. He rolls around and makes bug eyes at you, sticks his nose on the side of the couch to say hi, and has a never ending rotation of silly faces. He’s great with kids, and has spent time with kids as young as six. See him interact with kids for yourself in his video. Neo’s ideal home would have a yard for smelling-about and taking sunbaths in. A mellow friend, who knows a little play should always lead to a lot of rest, would be ideal. He is also fulfilled by his affection for people, so being an only dog sounds like the good life too! The one no-go for Neo is kitties. Not everyone is a cat-person and that is okay! New was so interested in out house cat Tom that we are sure he would try to start a fun game of chase and that isn’t fun for anyone, though Neo might disagree. Neo is a loving and loyal companion to all looking for his fur-ever family. If you are in search of a classic good-boy, you have found him! If you have any questions about Neo or would like us to test him for a specific setting or detail, please be in touch! We can make most anything happen to ensure he is the correct fit for you and your life! Please email kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions! The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option.
