Story
Our girl Faith was left in a kill shelter in KY.  She had rescue but they backed out when they heard she was a little too "interested" in cats.  Faith is ultra submissive and will roll over & give her belly for anyone.  There is not a mean bone in this girl's body - but she does have issues with CERTAIN men. She's about 10 years old & plays appropriately with other dogs big & small and is bunkmates with MJ on our site (who is 1/2 her size).  We would consider her med energy but has much love to give! Because of her fear aggression when it comes to most men, we cannot bring her to adoption events so an appt would need to be made to meet her. Our adoption fee is $325 and all of our pets come with full vet records. All animals are up to date on vaccinations & dewormed. Unless otherwise indicated, puppies are NOT spayed or neutered since our vet recommends waiting until 6mos of age to do so. Please keep in mind we are a Rescue Group and most of our pups come to us with little or no background info regarding breed, eventual size, age or prior health issues. We rely on the expertise of our veterinarians and make estimates based on past experience. Also, when you're adopting from a Rescue, you should ask questions! You should always get shot/medication records and the rescue should have had the dog for a bit of time to check for disease. Take the time to educate yourself before adopting. A reputable rescue will have nothing to hide and will answer ALL your questions!!! Please visit our Web Site to see all of the pets we have for adoption. Our site contains information about our adoption process and fees, our application, and answers to frequently asked questions. Please read it carefully before contacting us. If you are interested in adopting THIS wonderful pet, we strongly encourage you to complete our adoption application now. Once we receive and approve your application, we will notify you of approval. The first application to be received and approved will get 1st choice - be sure that your references are available and willing to speak with us. Thank You Visit us at one of our next events. Story
Lainey was found and abandoned. She is an adorable loving girl and loves attention however, I have two cats and she does not seem to like small animals. This is why we have to rehome her to someone without small animals. She will cuddle the life out of you. Lainey would do amazing in a home with no small pets and children +10 She loves going on walks and is house-trained.

Story
Looking for a goofy and playful soul mate? Leo is your guy.  Leo is an affectionate young fella who  has the energy to keep up with all the playing and walks   he can get. He also enjoys car rides and laying on your lap. He is eager to please and will sit or lay down on command. Leo is house-trained and prefers to have his own bed to sleep in. Leo likes to keep an eye on any children he lives with, and does well those around aged 6yrs and up. Depending on the dog experience of the child, he may be a little too energetic for children younger than that. While Leo did live successfully with his father in his previous home, he has not had much interaction with other dogs and can be a bit vocal on the first meet. We suggest a home with dog experience, with owners who are willing to work on Leo's continued training. He is such a sweet bo and just needs someone to give him time and patience to become that perfect family addition! Please apply for Leo at EHRdogs.orgFebruary 17, 2025, 2:01 pm
