Story
Thank you for stopping by to give Manhattan a look! This 11 month old mixed breed girl was brought to my animal hospital to be euthanized due to an elderly owner falling ill. I was able to have her surrendered to me, but I am unfortunately unable to keep her long term. Manhattan is a very nervous girl, but only takes a little while to warm up. After one day she was already snuggling in bed with me. She has very low confidence, and will do best in a single pet home with someone who is willing to baby talk her and share snacks. She is an absolutely wonderful baby girl who deserves a home as loving as her.

Story
He is a great dog with some small issues. He occasionally likes to get in the trash and because he is not fixed he wears a wrap so he can't mark. He is well potty trained as long as you let him out frequently. He does become protective from time to time towards other dogs, but was also raised with two other and they have always coexisted just fine. New dogs, he occasionally gets protective of his kin, id advise a slow introduction or he be a single pet household. Happy boy with a big wiggle butt, and flashy tail. Loves to love and all around a good boy.

Story
Bruce is a gentle soul who adores being by your side. This sweet boy thrives on human companionship and enjoys quiet bedtime reading sessions with the kids, where he can curl up next to his humans. During the day he likes to have some chew time with toys and he likes a good chew toy while in his crate. At heart, Bruce is a cuddle enthusiast who's made wonderful strides in overcoming his initial separation anxiety. He's crate trained and walks like a champ on a leash, showing off his non-reactive nature around other dogs. He's been around small, medium, and large dogs and has done great. He loves to play with others, but listens well to dog's cues and language. Ideal for a home with kids aged 6 and older, Bruce is not just a pet; he's a loving companion who cherishes every moment spent snuggling with his humans and furry friends. If you're seeking a loyal buddy to fill your days with warmth and joy, Bruce is ready to steal your heart!

Story
Ruby is named Ruby because Scaredy-cat is just a stupid name. She is sweet and gentle until something scares her, then she jumps. She’s good on a leash until something startles her, then she pulls…. And she’s strong. She’s a beautiful girl. Loving and gentle, loves attention but hates excitement. She’s not a guard dog, she’ll hide behind you in the threat of great danger, or if a butterfly scares her. Quiet, soft, and sweet Ruby, she wants to be right at your feet. This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. The Adoption Fee ($225 local, $525 transport) Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering.
