Meet Ivan! Age: adult Weight: 175 Good with: kids, cats, dogs, chickens, horses, bunnies (such an animal lover!) House trained: yes Crate trained: yes, but I don't need one. I'm not destructive, and I just sleep in front of the air vent during the day. Special needs: I'm need to be on a fish based diet, and I get drops in my eyes twice a day. I only have about 50% of my hearing and eyesight, but I'm the best boy! As you can see, I'm a big boy! With that comes lots of love once I get settled in to your home and life. Please be patient with me the first little bit I'm with you, and I promise you won't regret it! My tummy gets a little upset with new changes, so I will need to go potty a bit more than normal for the first couple of weeks. If we can just get past the hurdle together, the rest of our lives together will be incredible! I bark a bit when new people walk by the fence, but I just want to make sure they see me, I mean no harm. I actually really love meeting new people while on walks and will happily say hi. I'm pretty much a show stopper wherever I go, since I'm such a handsome fella. I love going for car rides, but I need a bit of help getting in. Foster mom says sometimes I'll put my front paws up, and she just has to boost my booty, and other times, she has to put my front paws up for me and then boost my booty. Either way, I'll go on all the field trips with you! When it comes time to brush me, you can just put the attachment on the hose of the vacuum and go to town while I fall asleep. I'm a big ol' ham and with lots of fur, slobber, and most importantly, devotion to my humans. It's time for me to find my forever home, and if you know big breeds, you know we have big hearts! Meet Emma! Emma has already been to several homes in her lifetime. She is a very loyal dog, and will become your shadow, she loves any human she comes into contact with. She does have separation anxiety which has caused her to jump gates or fences to be with her people. However she has good recall and has never ran off from her previous homes. She walks well on the leash, but she needs an experienced handler, since she will test you to see what she can get away with. Emma is the biggest cuddler and very tolerant with children, however due to her size, she may inadvertently knock them over. She does ok with cats but can get a bit nosey with them. She does not do well with small farm animals such as rabbits and chickens. Emma is a bit selective when it comes to dogs - she has lashed out at other dogs in the home out of jealousy.
