Introducing Venus: A Sweet, Playful Saint Bernard Mix Ready for Her Forever HomeMeet Venus, a 4-month-old Saint Bernard mix who is as sweet and loving as they come! Venus is a playful, happy puppy with a heart full of potential. She’s still learning the ropes of the world, but with her friendly nature and eagerness to learn, she’s sure to be a wonderful companion as she grows up.Venus has already shown she’s great with other dogs and even passed her cat test, though we recommend a slow introduction to any feline friends in her new home. As a smart, curious puppy, she’s ready to soak up all the love and training her new family can provide.Training & Behavior Needs:Like most puppies, Venus is still learning the basics, and she’ll need a patient adopter to guide her through her early months. Here’s what you need to know about her current needs:Basic Training: Venus is still working on mastering the basics, like sitting, staying, and coming when called. She’s a smart girl and picks up on things quickly, but she will need consistency and positive reinforcement to help her learn her manners. She’s very food-motivated, so treats will be your best friend when it comes to training!Leash Training: Venus doesn’t quite understand leashes yet, so she’ll need some help getting comfortable with walks. She’s excited to explore the world around her, but she’ll need patience as she learns to walk nicely on a leash. With time and practice, she’ll figure it out!House Training: Venus is not yet housetrained, but as a young puppy, she’s still figuring out her routine. She will need regular trips outside and lots of encouragement to help her learn where to go. Consistency and positive reinforcement will help her succeed in this area, and with time, she’ll get the hang of it.Socialization: Venus is a friendly and social puppy. She seems to enjoy the company of other dogs and passed her cat test, so she may do well in a home with other animals, though a slow and supervised introduction is always recommended. She’s still a little nervous in new situations, but she’s learning to trust and explore her surroundings. Why Venus?Venus is a sweet, playful puppy who has all the potential to grow into a loving and loyal companion. She’s still a bit of a work in progress, but with the right training and a lot of love, she’ll become a wonderful member of your family. Her friendly nature, intelligence, and eagerness
