If you’ve ever dreamed of sharing your life with dogs that hail from the breathtaking valleys of the Swiss Alps, Bear and Bunny might just be the companions for you! These two gentle giants, with a lineage traced back to the famous St. Bernard rescue dogs of the Great St. Bernard Pass, are looking for a family that understands their special needs. They are just a year old. **Bear** is a handsome male with the strength and bravery of his St. Bernard ancestors. True to his name, Bear can be a little intolerant of other male dogs, and while we hope neutering and proper socialization will help, his ideal home would be one where he’s the only male dog. Bear has been trained to wear a basket muzzle when needed, and while he’s lovable and incredibly loyal, potential adopters should be prepared for ongoing socialization work. If you’re okay with the possibility that Bear may always need to live without another male dog, then you’ll have a devoted, giant-hearted companion by your side. **Bunny** is Bear’s sweet counterpart, and while she’s equally lovable, she too is still learning how to interact peacefully with other dogs. Both Bear and Bunny have been trained to wear basket muzzles, and though they’re perfect in so many ways, we’re not yet ready to trust them in a home with other dogs **without close supervision and frequent intervention to manage interactions**. Both Bear and Bunny are **intelligent, quick learners** who know basic commands like **sit, down, and off**. They also **walk beautifully on a leash**, making them a joy to take on long walks or hikes. With the right guidance, their intelligence and willingness to learn will make further training both rewarding and fun. **They are available for adoption together or individually**, so whether you’re looking for a dynamic duo or a solo St. Bernard to love, you can bring one (or both!) of these majestic dogs into your home. If you have the space, patience, and experience to guide these beautiful, gentle souls, they’ll reward you with boundless love, loyalty, and the companionship only a St. Bernard can offer. Don’t let their imposing size fool you – Bear and Bunny are all about affection and will melt into your heart with every snuggle. **Please Note**: Bear and Bunny will do best in a home without other dogs for now, and Bear may not ever be suited to living with another male dog. If you’re up for the challenge and reward of helping these giants continue their journey to becoming well-socialized family members, we’d love to hear from you!&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Adoption Application here: https://form.jotform.com/10941043786November 4, 2024, 12:04 am

The Brady Bunch pups are on their way! Transport leaves Alabama Wednesday, November 20, and they’ll arrive to their destinations on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21. Don’t miss your chance to bring home one of these lovable, big-hearted pups—apply now to meet your new best friend!     Greg Brady Male, St. Bernard-Hound mix 4.5 months old, 44.0 pounds on 10/25/24 Greg Brady is a big-hearted, affectionate pup with the looks of a superstar and the charm to match. This possible Saint Bernard-hound mix has a gorgeous white coat with brindle ears and patches that give him serious cool-kid vibes. Like his namesake, Greg’s got that “cool older brother” attitude—he’s confident, curious, and always eager to be part of whatever’s going on, keeping close to his people with a heartwarming loyalty. Greg is a total attention-seeker (in the best way). He’s happiest when he’s in the spotlight, loving every pet and head scratch he can get. His curious nature makes him an explorer, sniffing around and taking it all in as if he’s mapping out the world. But, just like classic Greg Brady, he’s not above a goofy moment here and there. Whether he’s rolling over for a belly rub or “posing” for photos with his sweet, soulful eyes, he’s always ready to win you over. If you’re looking for a pup who’s equal parts affectionate, loyal, and just a little bit silly, Greg Brady is the perfect match to join your family!
