Story
Mango is just 2 years old, weighs in at 115# and is a Saint Bernard. She came to us after her owner had a change in life circumstances and could no longer care for her.  Mango is a friendly girl with humans and is good with kids.  She is slow to warm up to other dogs and it takes her time to adjust to them in her space. Mango isn't a fan of sharing her toys with other dogs.   Mango did live with cats in her previous home and avoided them.   Please do your research on the breed! https://www.akc.org/dog-breeds/st-bernard/   Spayed, current on vaccines, heartworm & lyme negative and on monthly prevention.   If you are interested in meeting and adopting, please submit an application here: https://www.fultoncoanimalcenter.org/application-to-adopt-a-dog Once submitted our staff will review and then contact you to set up a meet and greet! If it's a match, you can take home on the same day. Any other dogs in the home must come in for a meet & greet! We do offer a 2 week foster to adopt trial time, to be sure the chosen pet is a good fit, before finalizing the adoption!    Closed Sunday/Thursday    11-4 Saturday/Monday   11-5 Tuesday/Friday    11-6 Wednesday ##2256856##

Story
Meet Butch! Butch is just two years old and a 121# Saint Bernard.   He came into us after a change in his owners life circumstances.  Butch is a friendly guy with women, but very apprehensive of men. He likes kids, but will protect them from the adults in the home.  He is choosy on which dogs he likes in his space and doesn't realize he is a giant dog, so plays a bit rough with them.   Butch didn't live with cats in his previous home, but when introduced to them here, he was very curious and goes after them. Probably best that none are in his new home.  Butch is kennel/potty trained and walks ok on a leash. He is a very strong dog and would benefit greatly from an easy leader for walking, to help alleviate him pulling.  He is not a fan of being restrained in any way. Butch would also benefit from having some training sessions with a trainer. We do have some trainer contacts for any potential adopter in our area!   Please do your research on the breed! https://www.akc.org/dog-breeds/st-bernard/  Neutered, microchipped, heartworm & lyme negative, current on vaccines and on monthly prevention.   If you are interested in meeting and adopting, please submit an application here: https://www.fultoncoanimalcenter.org/application-to-adopt-a-dog Once submitted our staff will review and then contact you to set up a meet and greet!
