How this pet arrived: Bosco was brought in by a community member on 10/1/2024. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Bosco! This great big young guy might be a bit shy at first and gets a little scared in doorways and with new situations. Being patient and slow with him at first will go a long way to help Bosco feel trusting. Bosco had right FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery on 10/29/24. To support proper healing, it's essential to keep them rested for the next 10-14 days, until 11/12/24. During this time, avoid any off-leash activity, rough play, running, or jumping. At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Bosco is now ready for his new home! Primary Color: Tri Color Weight: 78.8 Age: 1yrs 7mths 0wks

Bruno is a great dog. He was born on 12/23/22 and is 13 months old. He is a purebred mixed bread (St. Bernard/Great Prynees). He is not neutered and cannot be until he is 15 to 18 mos per vet recommendation. He is potty and crate-trained. He is loving, playful, and silly. He enjoys playing catch and running around the backyard. He needs a home where he will be allowed to stay inside, but he does love to play outside. He does not like the rain and would prefer to not be in it. He needs a loving and active family. He was trained early on by a professional trainer so he knows simple commands such as sit and wait. However, he will need a refresher on leash walking. He is strong and a beautiful big boy.

Fish is a 2 year old fixed male. He is my sisters dog, I am helping find a new home for him. My sister does not have the time to give him the love he deserves :( Fish is Dog reactive and has recently become scared of strangers so he will bark. He will need a home with lots of love, space, and a yard. He has never been around kids in a prolonged setting but has done well being pet by them on outings. This has changed in the last few days, he has barked at someone who approached him, this was the first time. He will need someone who is home a good portion of the day and can play. He has no bite record.
