Story
Primrose is a very sweet Snowshoe Siamese mix that is about 3 1/2 years old. I got her as a kitten from a shelter and she was a very affectionate cat. After my husband and I got married we moved his cat in. Ever since, Prim has not been able to adjust to living in a house with multiple cats. She has been very stressed and reclusive and has been licking all the hair off her legs due to the stress of having other pets in the house. She also will not use a litter box if another cat is also using it. We want to do what's best for her and give her a home that doesn't have any other pets or kids so that she might not be so stressed and live a happier life. Prim would do well with a single owner or even as a companion for an elderly parent.

Story
Meet Woody, a handsome snowshoe boy with bright blue eyes and the softest fur you’ve ever felt. He’s equal parts charming and cuddly, always ready to curl up beside you or chirp for attention. Woody loves gentle pets, cozy naps in sunny spots, and following his favorite humans from room to room. Sweet, social, and endlessly affectionate — Woody is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loving best friend. He has a $150 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. If you would like to adopt, please fill out the application through the link or the website at -www.whiskersofohio.org - please note that the "I'm interested" tab on Petfinder does NOT act as an application, this should only be used for specific questions before committing to an adoption. You will receive an email confirmation when your application goes through. We make no breed guarantees; we are a rescue, not a breeder. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization. Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
