Story
1) READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION 2) ALL FAQS ANSWERED HERE & ON OUR WEBSITE 3) APPLICATION REQUIRED (link at the end) Winnie is a gorgeous kitten with striking blue eyes and soft white fur that’s as luxurious as it looks. But don’t let her beauty fool you—Winnie is a kitten with a strong personality and a sense of purpose! She’s always on a mission, whether it’s tracking down her favorite toy or exploring every inch of her surroundings. Winnie keeps her two bigger foster brothers in line and lets them know that she is in charge. With a playful spirit and boundless curiosity, Winnie is the life of the party, but she also knows when it’s time to relax. When she’s not busy being an adventurer or calling the shots with her kitten buddies, she’ll happily curl up for a nice nap, purring contently. Winnie is confident, loving, and full of energy, making her the perfect companion for someone who’s ready for a kitten with a big heart and even bigger personality. Winnie gets along well with other cats and would be a great kitty companion for an active resident cat or a cat savvy mellow dog. Winnie and her foster brother Ty are great friends and would love to get adopted together. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate kitten with a big personality, Winnie is your perfect match! ****HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER RESCUES/SHELTERS**** ***WHY MISSION MEOW IS BEST TO ADOPT FROM:*** ***Complete Information You get to speak directly to the foster family who have the kittens in their care! No one knows the kittens better than the people who have had them for the last several weeks or more. They will give you full details as to personality, background, quirks, likes/dislikes, ETC. Since adopting a pet is a commitment for the next 15-20 years, you want as much information as possible to make the best decision. ***Private, quiet meet & greets You get to visit the kittens in their own current environment where they run free so their true personality shines through. Our kittens aren’t subjected to noisy stores and stressful cages and you won’t be competing with other annoying people for your desired kittens. ***Quality over Quantity We are a small rescue so we can focus on each kitten individually to provide personalized medical & socialization protocols. Because we do not overcrowd, our cats do not pass contagious diseases to each other. ***Veterinary Care We balance a mix of holistic & conventional protocols to keep our kittens healthy. We use high quality disease preventatives & medication when necessary. Mission Meow only wants the best medical care for our kittens, so we don’t skimp on those costs AT ALL. We work closely with our vet to come up with a plan for any kittens who may be ill and to prevent any unnecessary and over medicating. Three local veterinarians have adopted from us after observing the quality of our kittens. ***Food Our kittens are nourished with high-quality food. We ‘ve been offered free /discounted food from other companies but we choose to use the best option even if it costs more for us. ***Resident Pet/Child Safety While no one can guarantee the health of any living being, we do our best to make sure your adopted kitten does not have any issues such as parasitic worms that can be passed on to your resident pets or children. We have a very thorough deworming protocol using the best products on the market and the proper duration. Most places adopt kittens while they are in between showing signs of intestinal worms. Not us. ***Post Adoption Support It is extremely rare that we have any issues post adoption, but if there were any that presented themselves, we would work with you towards a resolution. We pride ourselves on the one-on-one relationships we build with our adopters. __________________________________________________________ ALL CATS ARE: SPAYED/NEUTERED ~Vaccinated ~Rabies* ~Microchipped** ~Tested for Diseases ~TREATED/PREVENTATIVE FOR: Fleas Worms Ear Mites ~Litterbox Trained ~Socialized in private foster homes ~MULTI ADOPTION DISCOUNT * If age appropriate ** FREE LIFETIME REGISTRATION ____________________________________________________ APPLICATION: For FAQS and Priority Consideration, please fill out an application located here: https://www.missionmeowcats.org/adoptables-and-process _____________________________________________________ *****ADOPTION LOCATION:***** By private appointment in Rocklin/Roseville/Lincoln/Citrus Heights/Auburn CA area, or at Bark Avenue Rocklin ______________________________________________________ *****ADOPTION PROCESS:***** APPLICATION: Please contact us and we will send you an online application. A response is usually given with 24-48 hrs. if we think it's a potentially good match. INTERVIEW: An adoption counselor will contact you via phone to answer any questions and if it seems like a good fit, arrangements will be made for all parties to meet with desired cat(s) at a mutually agreeable time. APPROVAL: If adoption is approved, a contract and adoption fee to cover veterinary costs will be required. You will be given medical files. TIME FRAME: Based on volunteer availability, it is possible for all adoption steps to be completed the same day, however, it is not guaranteed. Please note that occasionally a home check, vet records/references, etc may be required and multiple people may be interested in the same cat(s) so additional time may be necessary. You are also welcome to get the kitten an appointment with your own veterinarian at your expense prior to adoption, just be aware that may delay the adoption by several days. WHY: Our adoption vetting process ensures a proper feline fit for your family. You may be a wonderful pet owner but may not be the best fit for a particular cat, or other extenuating circumstances. Also, YOU may know you are a good pet owner, but we don't. We exist because too many people view pet ownership as casual or disposable so we want to be sure the best match is made for the next 15-20 years. Your patience and understanding as to where we are coming from are much appreciated. Our adoption process is also reflective of the extremely thorough medical protocol our kittens receive. Thank you! ADOPTION FEES: See website- https://www.missionmeowcats.org/adoptables-and-process _______________________________________________________________ ****APPLICATION:**** For FAQS and Priority Consideration, please fill out an application located at the link below. You can fill out electronically or print out and take a picture of the application & send it via email, whichever is easiest for you. https://www.missionmeowcats.org/adoptables-and-process

Story
This little girl has quite the story! She was born in the country of Laos. That is halfway round the world from CA. She was transported as a very small kitten from Laos to CA with a family. When they united with family members here in the US unfortunately someone was allergic, and they left poor Francheska with a neighbor. He called our rescue asking if we could help. Well yes, of course! Francheska is an unbelievable kitten. She is all about love, love, and even more love. She thrives for affection at every chance her human is around. She definitely loves her people. She is playful, fun, and rambunctious. Don't forget super cute. Also, she is a great world traveler, but says American cat food is the best! All kidding aside she is an amazing kitten. She is looking for her forever home filled with plenty of caring love and attention. Francheska is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. She currently lives with her foster family in West Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Francheska please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Ellen at garyreason@gmail.com or 9167438324. If you are unable to reach Ellen please email us at info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Story
Ernie, he needs no Bert to fulfill his life...just some human family!  Ernie is a gentle and comical soul who is looking for the sweet, calm household he will flourish in.  He's got gorgeous Siamese blue eyes, but is like a Snowshoe without the shoes! The little strip of color down the middle is just darling and reminds us of a little kid who missed the ice cream to mouth!   He's got a soft purr and loves to roll into your hand when you pet him.  He's also a silly little clown that always just makes his foster giggle.  He flips and flops around the house getting into some silly little kitty exploration location.  And the poses?  Instagram worthy!  When you call for him, he turns his head almost upside down and comes to you.  He absolutely LOVES to snuggle up next to and in your hair and plays with it.  Sometimes he puts his front feet up on your back when you're sitting so that he can nestle around your neck.  HE LOVES snuggles and pets all over and when you cradle him in your arms, his head moves about to get all the scritches and pets while he PURRRRSSS away.  He is just a precious, precious sweetie.  He gets along great with the kitties in the house and does just fine with the 60 lbs. dogs, too.  He'd thrive in a home that is more on the calm side kid-wise, but would do great with older kids or none at all!   Petco is scary for him, so he doesn't showcase his full beautiful soul.  Approx. 7 months September '24.  Ernie's Adoption fee is $300October 13, 2024, 7:37 pm
