Jake is a sweet almost 14 yr old boy that has found himself in need of rescue. Since being in rescue he has had to have his right eye removed due to glaucoma. He has glaucoma in his left eye so vision is not 100% and will require daily drops for the rest of his life. He is a loving boy that is looking for a quiet home and someone that will love him for the rest of his days
