Sage is a female Shih Tzu who was born about 4/2020. She is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccines. She needs a home that has only one other dog or she can be the only dog. and a home with no children. She is good with cats.

There are some pros and cons with miss Rita, so please read the entire post ❤️ Pros: - kennel trained - LOVES kids and we actually want her in a hone with children ideally - dog friendly - cat friendly - leash trained - 3 years old - we dont guarantee housebreaking for any of our dogs but.... she's housebroken Cons: - she does have a bite history, once she warms up to her person she is fine but she needs someone patient to take some time with her

Meet Swann! She is a 2-year old Shih-Tzu and she is a special needs dog, her right eye has been removed due to injury and the vet recently diagnosed her as blind in her left eye. Swann does navigate by smell & feeling her way. Mostly walking along walls & fences. She manages jumping on & off couch & daybed & can even find her way out the dog door but has trouble finding her way back in and will need help with that! Swann loves to be with you, we think she would do best in a home with someone who has the capabilities to work from home and a home with another dog. Since the blindness is so sudden and recent, she is still adjusting. She does great with a harness and leash on her to take her out in the yard & she does fine with that. Her foster mom is teaching commands such as left, right & step up or down. Swann is a very sweet dog. She loves to always be nearby & she sleeps through the night.
