Story
Meet Oscar – The Big, Fluffy Gentleman Ready for His Forever Home!  Looking for a whole lot of love in one big, fluffy package? Meet Oscar, a truly BIG CAT with an even bigger heart! Weighing in at a mighty 17 pounds, this Siberian mix is as majestic as he is cuddly. With his striking looks and confident demeanor, Oscar could even give a bossy pup a gentle reminder of who’s in charge—if needed, of course. Oscar’s story began in South Carolina, where he and his brother, Felix, were found in a plastic bag in a creek when they were just tiny kittens. A kindhearted young girl rescued them and nursed them through their kittenhood. After 18 months, she sadly abandoned them, leaving these sweet boys at her parents’ home in Tennessee.  Critter Cavalry Rescue got the call to help!  Oscar and Felix are getting the royal treatment they deserve! They’re being neutered, vaccinated, tested, and dewormed to make sure they’re healthy and ready for their forever homes. Oscar is an affectionate, friendly boy who loves people. He hasn’t had much experience with dogs, but he’s open to making new friends as long as they’re kind to him. His good looks and laid-back charm are sure to make him an internet sensation—he’s just that handsome! Oscar is ready to snuggle up in his forever home just in time for Santa to leave a few extra treats and toys under the tree. If you’d like to add this lovable BIG BOY to your family, please reach out to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com.December 21, 2024, 10:19 pm

Story
We got Eli from a friend who was a farmer while living in Pennsylvania as a kitten. During the time in PA, he lived in a home with no other pets. He is the most relaxed and friendly cat I’ve ever owned. He is somewhat like a dog in that he likes to lay on his humans and loves a good belly rub. We are experiencing some difficulty with Eli living with dogs so we’d like to find him a home that the owner does not have any dogs, and we believe Eli will be a lot happier.

Story
This is, Ryzhaya, but I call her Ryz-bit. Her name means red head in Russian. She is a 3 year old Main Coon mix. She was found as a kitten outside of Petsmart covered in fleas. Her tail doesnt work right so she can only really move the tip of it and sometimes just lift the base. She is leash trained, knows "come touch" and "sit" and we have been working on spin. She use to work with getting dogs ready for a CGC (she'd prance on a leash in front of them). Her favorite thing of all those is absolutely any form of attention. Unfortunately I got hurt at work, and I cannot afford to keep up with her. She has an anxiety disorder of some kind and thus pees on beds and things she finds comfort in. Honestly, antianxiety meds are the next step to try but I cannot afford it. And with a toddler and being injured to many things have stacked up for me to be able to provide the care she deserves. I desperately love her, but there is no way for me to keep her anymore. Shes a wonderful girl.
