Story
Meet Eve! This approximately 4-year-old spayed Siamese mix female is looking for her forever home, and she has one request: to be the *only* queen of the house! Eve is terrified of dogs and not too fond of other cats, so she’s hoping for a peaceful home where she can rule the roost on her own.
Eve is a lovebug who enjoys curling up on her foster mom's lap while she crochets or snuggling next to her for a cozy purr session. 🧶💗 She sleeps on the bed every night, content and peaceful. When it’s chilly, she loves a heating pad on low or to be tucked under a blanket for extra warmth. 🛏️💤
This sweet lady was given up to her foster family by a homeless woman who wanted her to have a good, safe home. Eve has a super soft, thick coat and loves being brushed! She’s very easy to get along with, loves to be picked up, and is super gentle.
Could Eve be the purrfect addition to your family? If you’re looking for a solo kitty companion, please consider adopting her.
This pet is located in Houston, TX. After you fill out the application, and become an approved adopter, we will schedule a virtual meet and greet with the foster and Eve. After that, we will make arrangements to have the pet transported by van or flown to the Seattle area. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee and there is no additional costs to adopter. The process of arranging the travel and getting the animal here, on average, takes 2-4 weeks, depending on availability of the transporters and your availability to meet them. We understand this process is not as easy as walking into a shelter and immediately adopting a pet, but getting animals out of Houston and the surrounding areas is the only viable chance many of them have, so we appreciate your understanding. We do not accept ANY adoption fees ahead of the pet's arrival, until the pet is with you. We also understand adopting a pet you have not seen in person can be a bit worrisome, especially if other animals are involved. During the adoption process we do our best to convey the personality and allowances of each pet. This is where the foster's involvement is vital. The fosters have the animals often for an extended period of time, and have gotten to know them well. In saying that, not everything is predictable. If things are not what you expect, we have resources on the Seattle side to take the animal back. If possible, we would appreciate, if the situation allows, for you to foster the pet until a new home is found. If that is not possible, we also understand that, and will take them back regardless.
This kitty is up to date on vaccinations, has tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is has been spayed or neutered.
Eve's adoption fee is 350.00.
