Story
Avery is a beautiful, wonderful girl. She has vision issues (she doesn't see the world like we do) and has been undergoing training with hand signals, tapping and verbal commands. Scared of fast motions. Needs a quiet, loving home with people who understand her special needs. She takes a little while to adjust but once she settles in she will light up your world with her amazing attitude. She is very playful and will play with other cats after slow introduction. No children- can strike out when startled. Fully vetted and combo tested. Avery was moved to another foster home to see how she would do in a new environment - she was slow to adjust but has shown great progress after about 4-6 weeks. Her new foster is able to love on her and has begun trimming her nails to get her used to a different person doing it. Avery will lay next to her on the couch, and rub up against her legs in the morning for attentions. She loves to play with toys that are big and have bells on them since she can hear them. She also loves to lay in the window. She does not like to be picked up. Avery's adoption fee is partially sponsored.

Story
Grits is a playful, fun, affectionate flame point boy. He loves other kitties, people and cat friendly dog. He can be shy at first, but it doesn't take long to warm up to new people. He has a big purr motor on him. He would do well in an active home. He and Waffles are not a bonded pair, but they are the closest and we'd love him to be adopted with Waffles if possible. Grits comes when called and he's comfortable with his nails being trimmed. Watch more videos to learn about him and Waffles. https://www.facebook.com/bordernerd/

Story
Louis is a rescue baby from a TNR'd rescue Momma. Louis is VERY, very shy and skittish and is still adjusting to inside life... But he's come around to scratches and pets and is socializing a lot more. I have faith that as long as he has his bonded-pair brother adopted with him, he will truly break out of his shell! Louis just finished his TNR trip at local no-kill shelter, however, property mgmt doesn't want him and his littermates there and I'm worried sick they'll scoop them up and make them disappear... You won't regret these two, their bond is just SO beautiful and they'll have you tearin' up every day! In a good way!

Story
Hello. Quincy the cat has been my pet since 2019, when I picked her up in Quincy Washington, as I was walking up to check in with a warehouse customer. A car drove by and threw Quicy out the window; she followed me into the warehouse, crying. I gave her a can of sardines by my truck, and she was a rider ever since then. She has made my job as a truck driver more enriching, as I'm not by myself anymore. Lately, the past few weeks, she has been communicating to me that she isn't liking the noise/shaking/bumps of driving anymore. She wants to be a house cat and rest. I don't want to take her to the shelter (where she will probably get put to sleep). She is an affectionate cat, and she likes to lean up next to me and sleep when I read in the morning or evening, and she always has a positive attitude (except when we are about to drive, or when we are driving). She is about 6 years old now, and would make a great house pet to a kind owner.

Story
Sugar was rescued as a 6 week old kitten for our daughter Lauryn, who at the time was 5 years old. Lauryn is now going off to college and it is not fair to have Sugar all alone since she has always had all the attention of Lauryn. It’s been a difficult decision but it would be awesome for Sugar to be a retired persons comfort animal so she would get all the attention. Lauryn will sadly miss Sugar but knows it’s not fair to Sugar to be locked up with no attention.
